Vistafolia provided a striking, space-saving solution to creating beautiful greenery for this garden. A large rear wall that is around 100 years old distinguishes the very shady area of this garden and an artificial green wall made a welcome addition that made the wall stand out. Adding a vertical green wall would serve as the dominant feature of the small outdoors space, affording beautiful green views from every floor of the four-story house. Creating a living green wall in this situation would have been extremely challenging, however, and only Vistafolia could provide a practical maintenance-free solution

But some walls just lend themselves to something a bit different and present a fun design challenge. This particular retail store is all about standing out from the crowd and presenting their customers with a unique retail experience. As such, they wouldn’t settle for an off the shelf green wall and instead wanted a truly customized design, custom fit green walls to their vision. A real wall would have been completely unsuitable and thus an artificial solution was required. The large timber wall in the bar presented a blank canvas to work with and our in-house design team set about creating a concept that was eye-catching and unusual. By working with our 80cm x 80cm panel size in mind, we were able to minimize wastage from offcuts, to ensure the client got the most from their Vistafolia® panels and received great value for money. Vistafolia's modern and flexible Artificial Green Wall design offers real customer value, providing excellent bespoke solutions for any client requirement. This roof terrace had an exceptionally long, south-facing space with parapet walls clad in metal sheeting, creating an environment too hot and inhospitable for real planting. The limited area coverage was also a big issue, as putting in living plant systems would significantly reduce the floor space and hamper mobility. Our Vistafolia Panels, which can be customized to fit any conceivable dimension, fulfilled the client’s desire to look out to beautiful greenery by creating a simple solution to the problem with our versatile system and design expertise.

With over 25 years’ experience in horticulture, our painstakingly detailed design of lush green foliage gives off the impression of real plants due to a convincing growing pattern and a variety of textures. Unless you physically touch and smell it, it is impossible to tell it’s not the real thing! With our green walls there is little to no maintenance involved and no need for pesticides which are harmful to the environment. Although plastic, our product is not single use, it can be reused and recycled – which we believe is incredibly important. Firstly, our signature three panel solution, eradicates repetition whilst giving a natural, random looking pattern. To further the customization, clients can position individual flowers and plants in the walls, tailoring it to their taste and tone, with our color box range.

This project was a very satisfying experience. The customer had a deck and overhang that was not structurally sound and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. We replaced the deck with a much safer and better looking one, and we did it in a week!
