This beautiful Mediterranean styled home featured distinctive pink and white steps leading to the main house which our team felt was the perfect canvas for a little Vistafolia magic. Our skilled team was able to do all the intricate cuts around the sign, cameras, doors, cupboards to finish the green wall. It is all about understanding the growing pattern of real plants no one better than our designer Paul Alder who personally came to site to identify the areas where the green wall needed that special effect of natural growing patterns. Before the green wall was installed there was only the physical barrier of the glass that did not define clearly the existence of a coffee space, with the installation of an artificial green wall we achieved to soften the area of white walls that now moves into a leisure area of thorough enjoyment. Now the green wall draws you into the café meeting area creating a great and pleasant atmosphere from the time visitors and co-workers come into the building the reception area offers a warm welcoming space.

The seating in the garden and the staircase inspired the team to create a masterpiece reminiscent of Lewis Carroll’s own masterwork. As Soon As the furniture and accessories were in place, it was time to add Vistafolia’s completely adaptable artificial green wall panels. The team chose deep vibrant shades of green to provide a spectacular contrast to the white ironwork. A wall was created behind the seating area with large sized leaves and grasses in ornamental clusters. Assorted spiky plants were added to introduce depth and contrast. To break up the uniformity, the team added a variety of extra shades of white and green to the wall with a smattering of ferns and thistles. The business park decided to proceed with our products for several reasons. Our team were able to show them exactly how the system worked, as well as showing them all the different customization options available. The goal for this project was to hide all the air-conditioning units in the inner courtyard of the hotel. Premium rooms looked directly out on to air-conditioning units that were unsightly and noisy when running. Vistafolia® was asked to design a wall that was at least 12 feet high to obscure the view, but also allow access for maintenance of the machinery. We designed a timber-framed structure which we clad with Vistafolia® Signature Panels, adding additional foliage from our Color Boxes to create larger drifts of grasses and foliage with a small smash of color from some delicate light green/yellow flowers. The green wall privacy screen also provided an acoustic benefit, as it lowered the noise level of the air-conditioning units.

This roof terrace had an exceptionally long, south-facing space with parapet walls clad in metal sheeting, creating an environment too hot and inhospitable for real planting.
