The homeowner, a woodworking enthusiast had acquired Tigerwood years previously to create an unique railing for the stairwell. Heartwood, working with their railing specialist was able to use this unique wood and the homeowners are extremely pleased with the results.

After being selected for a Window Replacement Project, we were BEYOND HONORED to be selected AGAIN for the Flooring Replacement Project! This project included the installation of New Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Flooring on two floors, as well as sanding and staining the banisters, balusters, base rail, etc.!

Custom stair and balcony balustrades in a Captiva Island home. The wrought iron balustrade was custom made in the Trimcraft Production Facility, then completed with a custom painted finish. Comprising a 2 1/4” wide “Dixie Cap” handrail, 1 1/4” square newels and 1/2” square balusters.
