AFTER: DINING ROOM | We removed the etched glass windows that ran throughout the main floor. We completely redesigned the staircase getting rid of the faux bamboo handrails and replacing them with solid maple handrails and hand forged iron detailing. New dark hardwood floors replace the previous travertine flooring. We undertook a complete gut renovation and redesign of our client’s home while they enjoyed their summer residence. Working six days a week, we ensured the project was finished in time for their return to Palm Beach for the winter season. Every design detail was meticulously curated to reflect their unique style and needs. When they arrived for the big reveal, they were thrilled to discover a stunning, entirely transformed home tailored specifically for them.

This was a remodel of one of the historic "Roberts Cottages" in Oceanside. We had 288 square feet to work with and had to make the most of each an every inch.
