Tech Tonic consulted with their client to create an automated conference room with hidden technology. The conference table has panels that turn to expose teleconferencing and computer connectivity. One simple keypad on the wall allows one button set up for any room event.

The main dining area is surrounded by venetian plaster. One wall holds an antique decorative smoky paneled mirror with flanking niches in gold leaf with antique Art Deco table lamps. An Art Deco chinese rug houses the Macassar dining table with the suede leather matching chairs. A rare bauhaus silver tea sets rests on the dining table. The room is lighted by an antique Petitot Deco chandelier in brass and glass.

The second level of the Croswell live and work space includes the Design Studio as well as a large board room complete with bi-folding doors which open up to reveal the fully screened outdoor living space.
