This hood, carved for a Seattle-area residence, was done in our Lantenay French Limestone, with a grapes and vine motif. The ivory white Lantenay limestone is a beautiful contrast to the dark wood cabinets throughout the kitchen, and the dark evergreen trees surrounding the home.

Inspiration for a modern kitchen remodel in Orlando

Everyone is unique, hand carved by Maykel Medina in cellular polyvinyl and finished with a metallic acrylic enamel lacquer. It's a detailed process of sketching, carving and several steps for smoothing and paintings. They are very limited editions.

Photo shows the interior of the Japanese Tea House. The four skylights have hand carved overlay screens. The open ceiling shows the beauty of the design.
