Supernova is the sister piece to our fan-favorite Nova parson’s style dining table, but with some new eye-catching design elements. Featuring our signature tambour wood paneling on the edge of the table skirt, with an optional statement brass inlay tucked underneath the tabletop. Supernova was originally commissioned in solid white oak, but is also available in walnut, ash, or blackened ash. Several coats of commercial grade varnish are sprayed on Supernova’s natural wood surface & add a layer of extra protection. Supernova is an astronomical term for a star that suddenly greatly increases in brightness because of a catastrophic explosion that ejects most of its mass. (Because that’s just what she is- explosive). Inspiration for a transitional kitchen remodel in Denver

This customer had a catastrophic water leak in her kitchen. She had recently moved in and the kitchen desperately needed a renovation anyway. It was oppressively cramped and tried to fit too many home elements into one space. The customer also keeps her granddaughter most days and wanted more space for them to cook together, and for her granddaughter to do crafts. We considered how to expand her kitchen into the adjacent common room, how to get her much more storage, and how to reconfigure her key kitchen elements to be more functional. We tried some out-of-the-box strategies, and met all of her wishes. She is thrilled with the end product!

The original site was the former residence of Wuyi Duwei Liu Xiangzhi in the Qing Dynasty. The three-entry and two-yard wooden structure wears a bucket-style building with a unique style and ancient charm. After a hundred years of catastrophe, in the blooming and precipitation of time, telling the past history.
