We took full of advantage of the endless protected vistas of the Ottawa River and Gatineau Hills beyond by using minimalist design to let the views sing. For a luxurious, yet understated touch, we sourced superior materials like Corian, white oak engineered hardwood and Italian-imported porcelain. In keeping with worry-free condo living, we included features like integrated drape pockets, and utilities like laundry and pantry situated near the kitchen for easy, hidden accessibility. In the 2,400 + square foot space, we created 2 bedrooms; completely autonomous from each other and divided by common living space that is open, airy, yet easy to delineate into entertaining and lounge-ready spaces.
