This project received the first place regional award for best transitional kitchen in the Sub-Zero/Wolf 2014 design competition. It features: Wood-Mode 84 frameless cabinetry, Square Edge Regency Recessed door with matching drawerhead, maple with Nordic White paint on perimeter, Vintage Slate on coffee bar and island. Custom elements include: zinc bonnet on hood, along with zinc countertops on coffee bar and shelves, and countertop in butler's pantry. The kitchen features multiple islands, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and lighting by Restoration Hardware.

Rubus 'Emerald Carpet' enjoys even deep shade, and thrives well under trees with shallow, competitive roots. I was invited to do the planting design for this compact hillside project after the hardscape was complete. The home is situated on a corner lot, and a number of very narrow beds and stepped planting arrows wrap the house in a "C" shape. The homeowner was looking for plantings that would be soft and inviting for her children, and welcome birds, bees, and butterflies to the garden. Kelly Greenwood

This pool was built for an active family. The client trains and competes in Iron man triathlon competitions. It is equipped with a swim jet by Speck pumps, a raised spa, and even a cold plunge pool with a chiller that keeps the water at 55 degrees in the Texas summer heat. A great looking project with many functions.
