Solid maple cabinetry with inset slab doors color matched to Benjamin Moore Super White. Brick backsplash with white cabinetry adds warmth to the cool tones in this kitchen. A rift sawn oak island features plank style doors and drawers is a rustic contrast to the clean white perimeter cabinetry. Perimeter countertops in Caesarstone are complimented by the White Macauba island top with mitered edge. Concrete look porcelain tiles are low maintenance and sleek. Overlooking of the surrounding meadows of the historic C Lazy U Ranch, this single family residence was carefully sited on a sloping site to maximize spectacular views of Willow Creek Resevoir and the Indian Peaks mountain range. The project was designed to fulfill budgetary and time frame constraints while addressing the client’s goal of creating a home that would become the backdrop for a very active and growing family for generations to come. In terms of style, the owners were drawn to more traditional materials and intimate spaces of associated with a cabin scale structure.

Electrical labor to install Wallbox charger for Tesla EV. Ran copper wire from panel to desired charger location. Relocated location of breaker box to be positioned higher than existing meter stands to allow for future expansion by other owners. Utilized a single breaker box that can support four (4) separate circuits rated at 50A each. The sub-panel will have the provisions for those breakers. Run conduit lines in parallel and as close as possible to to existing conduits.
