I am so grateful that Studio Dearborn offers a consultation service! I am at the start of a kitchen renovation and working with an architect, but not ready to commit to a local kitchen professional and needed to get advice on the layout the architect was giving me as well as advice on many of the details of the kitchen. After months of following Studio Dearborn on Houzz and Instagram, I reached out to Sarah for a design consultation and review of our kitchen cabinet layout design. We sent over our kitchen elevation drawings along with a floor plan of our house and discussed each view. The takeaway ideas from our meeting was so much more than I had expected! I thought we had a an almost "finalized" kitchen cabinet layout, but after our meeting, I realized that we had overlooked or not even considered a lot of items that Sarah and I discussed. These items would have bothered us in the future, had we not spoke to Sarah. Our consultation definitely went beyond the layout and aesthetics of the kitchen. Sarah was a pleasure to work with. This was not only my experience but also the experience of my contractor and designer.
