A room done in gold can be warm & inviting. To complement the patterned wallpaper we added silk pleated draperies with relaxed roman shades. The gold silk fabric reads like a solid, yet contains embroidered Napoleonic bees. The fabric’s shiny gold color accentuates the windows and their very significant character in the room. The matching gold fluted poles with rings also correlate with the entire space, finishing the window treatments & creating a cozy guest bedroom.

An outdoor design that correlates the feeling of Zen with a traditional style is surrounded nicely by the comforts of home. Comfortable pastel pillows indulge themselves on the over-sized rattan furniture. Up-lit Fig and Mulberry trees emerge from the deck, giving a feeling of warmth and texture as they are dimly lit by well-placed LED lighting. When entering the patio, reclaimed wood is used for the steps and deck. Recessed stair lighting acts a safety precaution as well as creating ambiance as you enter the space. The patio is enclosed by cedar a wood trellis wall on all three sides. Night time Jasmine will eventually find itself covering the enclosed space. The patio is accessible by either a glass French door off the master bedroom or a single glass door off the home office. To end the day, a recessed hot tub with a surround sound system, LED lighting, and a soothing waterfall tops off the atmosphere and feel of the design.

Draperies with swag overlays are such a beautiful addition to this dining room’s bay area. Using a delicate tone on tone striped fabric these draperies coordinate with the wall color commendably. The soft and smooth curves of the swags compliment the gorgeously defined architecture, as well as the dining furniture. Shiny brass rods and finials accentuate the bay’s shape and genuinely correlate with the stunning chandelier. This natural garnishment sets out admirable elegance to this dining room.

Rod pocket draperies with added flip panels can comfortably dress up a triple window and create casual elegance to the room. Flip panels are an inviting accessory to classic rod pocket draperies. A cream and gold diagonal fabric compliments the floral wing chair and curvilinear patterned area rug. The decorative gold contrast tie bands on the flips not only correspond, also emphasize the face fabric’s diagonal lines. The stylish short wood rods with decorative finials and end caps correlate with the wood furniture, and add harmony to this living room.

Designed to correlate with the cabinets flanking the fireplace that were present when the client purchased the home, this new bookcase has a custom cherry finish and granite top to match those existing units. The doors on the base unit are sliding to allow easier storage access. LED lights were used in the upper cases while the individual wood shelves required lighting to be installed vertically on both sides of each case. Careful consideration went into the lighting and hardware to create a wall unit that is as functional as it is beautiful.

Herein this family room, both warm and inviting showcases two essential harmonious window treatments. An embroidered faux silk fabric sets the stage for both the draperies and the Roman shades to present themselves to the space. The flat relaxed Roman shades effectively enhance the double windows with their soft subtle curves, greatly complimenting the defined architecture, additionally correlating with the stately striped walls. Accompanying, the top pleated draperies genuinely enrich the French Doors. Applying gold decorative drapery hardware further beautifies the room, creating natural charm.

A comfy & cozy young girl’s bedroom consists of various elements creating a gracefully charming atmosphere for relaxation. This coverlet is a floral diamond patterned fabric, correlating with both the area rug and the headboard, in a smaller scale. The quilting pattern is also a diamond pattern delicately emulating the patterns of the coverlet’s face fabric, the area rug, and the headboard. The two large decorative throw pillow’s simple floral fabric coordinates with the floral features of the coverlet and rug. The small decorative throw pillow is repeated from the French Pick-up swag’s and full closure draperies’ soft & gentle tone on tone dobby fabric. The pink gives the room a feeling of calmness. Where the draperies and swags emphasize these turret windows, the sheers provide the room’s light control and privacy.

The combination of a shaped cornice over full length draperies creates both an ornamental and harmonious setting for this dining room. This stepped cornice greatly compliments this bay window with both its geometric and curvilinear shapes, as well as the puddled draperies to soften the area. Correlating with the area rug is the fabric’s Jacobean print in red and ivory, bringing out the bay windows’ treatment as a main focal point. The bottom edge of the cornice contains a solid red welt which greatly emphasizes the cornice’s shape. With the full length draperies puddling on the floor, this brings in a formal and sophisticated ambience. Altogether, this entire window treatment gives a warm and inviting feature to this dining room.

Draperies with Swag Overlays create beauty and elegance to this Dining Room. An ivory with gold satin damask fabric used on both the draperies and swags sets a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. The swags are embellished with multi-colored tassel trim, placing great emphasis on the swags. The decorative drapery hardware contains fluted poles, rings, and ornamented finials finished in gold correlating with the fabric’s damask pattern, and finishing off this stunning treatment. The off-white sheer horizontal shades provide privacy and light control. The woven area rug genuinely corresponds with the damask fabric and the decorative finials, completing the area as whole.

Custom top pleated draperies are a simple and beautiful touch to this master bedroom. Multi-colored striped linen blend fabric creates an informal and comfy atmosphere. The metal drapery rods are a genuine accent considering many surroundings are wood furnishings. A subtle neutral Roman shade naturally coordinates with the wall color, as well as softening the windows with ample privacy and sun protection. The side chair and ottoman are reupholstered in a soft blue chenille fabric, correlating with the drapery fabric. A soft blue throw pillow is repeated from the upholstery fabric, while a kidney pillow is repeated in the drapery fabric, using the soft blue chenille fabric as welt. These are great accompaniments to the area. The window treatments and reupholstered chair together give off a comfortable feeling.
