Kids' bedroom - bedroom rustic boy medium tone wood floor kids' bedroom idea in Austin with white walls

Residence in Sunset SC Designed & built by Studio Kunstwerke, who unfortunately is no long is business Roof installed by a group of university student as a holiday project Tile: Pantile in Weathered Grey blend This was the second project we worked on with the designer and it certainly provided a number of challenges with curved eaves, raking gables and ridge tiles that were not parallel to the eaves. Northern met up with the installers who had zero experience of roofing or the installation of tiles, which it turned out was a huge advantage because they followed our instructions to the letter. The fact that one of the crew was a calculus major also helped when it came time to calculate the gauge for the battening. All in all they did an amazing job and it is only unfortunate that very few people who see the roof actually realize just how complicated some of the detailing was!

In this apartment renovation, Houseplay helped a father and daughter move into a new apartment renovated to suit both of their styles. With its spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, this space needed new bathrooms, flooring, and paint to realize its potential. Our team renovated two bathrooms, one for the father and one for the daughter. Each bathroom reflects the unique tastes of the individuals involved, yet also contributes to a cohesive whole. The Houseplay crew also installed brand-new, engineered wood flooring throughout the entire apartment, and painted all walls, ceilings, mouldings, and doors. (We even painted the metal trim on the mirrored doors!) Here at Houseplay, we care about the details that matter to you. If you’re ready to renovate and personalize your living space, contact us today! Photo Credit: Anne Ruthmann Photography

This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. If you hate your brick or just want something unique this is a great option! Photo credit: Jeff Murrey
