Hey TNL Friends! Holy Cross is one of our favorite downtown neighborhoods. A lot of good folks there. A shout out to the Re-Dev Group for building a fine home, that we got to put the 'icing' on the landscape several years later. We LOVE jobs like this, patient & pleasant Client, a blank slate to work with, lots o' plants, stone, & Hardwood Fines Mulch to top it off. Apologize for no before pics, it happened so fast & this was... ONE DAY!! GREAT JOB Team Lindsay, Peter, David & Tyler.

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a client who wanted to update their existing water feature and refresh the plants and shrubs around it. They envisioned a more modern, visually appealing space that would become a focal point in their yard.
Step 1: 3D Design & Collaboration
To kick things off, we created a detailed 3D design to help the client visualize the transformation. We worked closely with them, tweaking the design until we achieved a layout they loved. This collaborative approach ensured that the final design matched their vision perfectly, with well-defined planter beds and a beautiful new water feature.
Step 2: Out With the Old, In With the New
Once the design was finalized, our team got to work. We started by digging up the old, non-functional water feature, making way for the new installation. The updated feature included two waterfalls, adding movement and tranquility to the space. We also updated the surrounding plants and shrubs to complement the new design, creating a cohesive and refreshing look.
The end result? A stunning outdoor space with a modern water feature and a beautifully refreshed landscape, tailored to the client’s needs and style.
Stay tuned for more transformations like this!

Welcome to our latest project, a stunning Mediterranean estate nestled in the heart of the prestigious Gables Crossing community in San Diego CA 92130. Our team had the pleasure of designing and installing a comprehensive outdoor lighting system that not only enhances the property's aesthetic appeal but also ensures safety and functionality.
We've illuminated this beautiful estate with a combination of up lighting and down lighting, creating a dramatic interplay of light and shadow that accentuates the architectural details and landscape features. Path lighting guides residents and guests along the property's walkways, adding an element of safety while contributing to the overall ambiance.
The pool area is a particular highlight, with carefully positioned lighting that transforms it into a captivating nighttime oasis. Step lighting has also been installed, ensuring safe navigation around the property after sunset.
This project showcases our commitment to providing outdoor lighting solutions that blend seamlessly with the property's style while enhancing its natural beauty. We invite you to explore the transformation and see how lighting can bring a property to life after dark.
