The existing road was impossible to navigate, so we added this culvert and new road to make things much easier for the property owners!

This homeowner was looking to rent their house short term, and they knew a hot tub and firepit would add to the attractiveness of the rental. They asked us to build their deck, regrade the hillside to divert the water and install a culvert.

Installation of a dry creek bed due to site characteristics and drainage issues on a new home construction site. We used 1 to 4 inch river rock with Kodiak and Basalt boulders as accent pieces. Culverts were framed out using 18 to 24 inch field stone maintaining a rustic look.
