A Complete Room Makeover… We began by scraping the popcorn ceiling. We repaired the wall texture, after removing the thirty year old intercoms and other outdated technology. Next, we eagerly pulled out the carpet, which still had the remaining smell of the owner's beloved family pets. Couldn't get the carpet out fast enough! LOL! We primed and painted all the walls, ceiling, existing crown molding and the medallion. Installed and painted new baseboards and added new engineered hardwood floors. Then the fun began... The ceiling is gold leaf... The wall design is one of my custom stencils... The palette is gray, white, linen, gold and silver… The end result are neutral, fresh and timeless... Sweet Dreams!

A growing young family with two daughters, this couple hired Brandi to complete their home’s interior decor. She loved working with these fantastic clients – they eagerly embraced a playful use of color and bold design choices! Finished in a colorful traditional style, this home is full of timeless architecture mixed with modern details. From a navy and bright orange office to a green floral dining room, each room on the main floor makes a unique statement but flows together through similar artwork and rugs. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a serene sanctuary. Brandi added wood beams, handmade wall coverings, and an extra custom-built closet. The two girls’ bedrooms are all about fun trends, personalized touches, and plenty of storage for their many prized possessions.

After a leak prevented them from using their master bath shower, our clients welcomed the chance to elevate their builder-grade bathroom. From the start, we were impressed with their eagerness to consider unique selections. They were willing to think beyond the monotonous choices of gray, taupe, and white to create a space they loved! The result is a master bath that reflects their easy-going, fun personalities. While the overall footprint remained the same, we replaced the bulky, unused corner tub with a free-standing tub; added a knee wall and custom glass enclosure to the shower; and installed cabinetry (Medallion Cabinetry, Macchiato) with a center tower for additional storage and to designate his and her space. The wall paint, tile floor (Happy Floors, Exotic Stone), and countertop (Caesarstone, Rugged Concrete) give the dramatic pop.

This 1980’s condo on the East Bank, was ready for some updates to personalize their master bedroom/bath. Inspired by a recent trip to Asia, the clients were eager for a solid shower floor. After much searching, Azul blue Brazilian granite was selected with a custom Schluter drain system. To complement the gray and blue tones, gray travertine was selected for the floors and walls with a blue recycled glass accent. To carry the modern custom look onto the vanity wall, two stacked floating vanities were designed. The Azul granite was installed, modern faucet and basin, as well as the blue glass tile to the ceilings. Custom lighting finishes off the space. The homeowners couldn’t be happier and are thoroughly enjoying their custom master bath. Photography: Lisa Brunnel

This home, although majestic, had been empty for a few years and was a little forlorn. It had been on the market for 3 years unsuccessfully. Thankfully the sellers trusted in our vision, and we created a plan to bring it back to life. Just 3 weeks after it was professionally staged and re-marketed by a luxury realtor, they had 4 eager buyers, but just one lucky family will make this their new home.
