Jackie wanted a fresh new look for her living room, and she REALLY wanted cream leather furniture. We found her this great set at an affordable price, kept the existing wall color and carpet, and let new fabrics and wall art bring in the color. The room now looks fresh and modern, as well as much bigger! ps - the rocker cushions are still being recovered. Stay tuned for updated photos!

The Handy Lion During remodel, this completely remodeled living level half bath is designed for guest use had the cabinets, toilet floor, fixtures and more replaced. The patina appearing bronze fixtures with an undercounted oval bowl and matching under cabinet and wall cabinet and towel racks and soap dispenser with one arm temperature control made the place appear new. The walls were repainted white in the tiny space. The same pattern shown in the mud room was carried here and in the kitchen. Plenty of storage space is permitted. And the right displayed fan and light switch has a light, as closing the door makes the place completely black. (The light shows the switch in complete darkness!) The light fixture matches the theme through out the home, and the half bath hardware.

This Ethan Allen gray leather Hyde sofa is the perfect piece for placement in front of the windows. The top grain leather will not stain or fade. Many other leather color options are available. To create a larger looking space, I added the mirrored chest- not only to visually increase space, but for additional storage. The round coffee table is perfect to highlight the beautiful cream rug and the sphere gives a nice alternative to square corners. The use of metal also provides another unique feature in the room. We did not want to over power the room with a large entertainment center. Instead we selected a stand rather than a unit and kept the wood finish light.
