The 1931 built home had a full-height basement, but with many of the original hot water heat pipes hanging low. The boiler was relocated and replaced with a tankless on-demand heat system, allowing for a unobstructed ceiling throughout the space. An egress window was installed, allowing great natural light to flood into a new bedroom; a walk-in closet, office nook and a three-quarter bathroom with a bench seat in the curbless shower. Beautiful master bathroom renovation. We demolished all of the previous finishes and coverings, down to the studs including removal of the drop in soaking tub and tile deck. We framed out for a new enlarged shower, installed beautiful Eleganza tile throughout, a niche in the shower, Covered Bridge cabinets, quartz vanity tops with a matching shower curb, kneewall cap, and shelves in niche, new electric, new plumbing fixtures, and a Warmly Yours heated towel bar.

A fabulous craft room with loads of custom built in storage is tucked under the eaves upstairs in the newly finished out 2nd floor of the existing home.
