Inspiration for a mediterranean closet remodel in Houston

Stone two-sided fireplace with up lighting underneath the top stone. Hardwood floors in the formal living room, porcelain wood grain tiles for the kitchen, dining, wine cellar and exterior patio. Pool and backyard landscaping are the only previous features that remained from the original home, minus a few walls on the interior and newly installed waterless grass for the ground cover. Designed with a standing seam metal roof, with internal drainage system for hidden gutters design. Rain chain and rain barrels for rain harvesting. Retrofitted with Hardy Frames prefabricated shear walls for up to date earthquake safety. Opening both walls to the backyard, there are now two 14' folding doors allowing the inside and outside to merge. http://www.hardyframe.com/HF/index.html Amy J Smith Photography

Vrak – Museum of Wrecks Stockholm, Sweden The maritime archeological museum Vrak – Museum of Wrecks takes visitors on an immersive journey among the historical wrecks and relics of the Baltic Sea with the aid of digital technology. Agglotech marble-cement cladding was selected to lend distinctive character and sophistication to the architecture of this Swedish attraction.

BEFORE PICTURE: The ceiling and some of the walls had to be resurfaced before the new wallcovering could be installed. The final outcome of the room depends so much on the prep work before hand. New electric had to be run to accomodate the new lighting in the room as well.

This beautiful home is being completely remodeled to bring our clients designer thoughts to life! Our company was able to meet every design aspect in which the client wanted without any limitations. Black hexagon floor tiles trail throughout a retro, but updated kitchen with quirky light fixtures to match. Pure and simple colors such as whites and grays will make anyone feel right at home, but bring you plenty of life with splashes of the bold gold and black fixtures and tile that carries throughout. There is much more to be seen, but until then our followers will just have to wonder what other awesome features this home has to offer! Keep following our page for updates as this home continues to transform for a little bit longer :)
