This farmhouse style home was already lovely and inviting. We just added some finishing touches in the kitchen and expanded and enhanced the basement. In the kitchen we enlarged the center island so that it is now five-feet-wide. We rebuilt the sides, added the cross-back, “x”, design to each end and installed new fixtures. We met these clients through a referral from a previous client. We renovated several rooms in their traditional-style farmhouse in Abington. The kitchen is farmhouse chic, with white cabinetry, black granite counters, Carrara marble subway tile backsplash, and a beverage center. A door with a mirror inlay is the entrance to this bathroom. The white, hexagonal Carrera marble floor combines beautifully with the white subway tiles on the wall and the Carrera marble countertop. The built-in storage cabinet with wavy glass was built right into the wall, maximizing space and adding storage. What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA.. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. Another central feature of this is home is all the built-in storage. We renovated the exterior and installed the hardscaping of the traditional colonial home in Villanova, PA. The flagstone patio has a beautiful hand-crafted pergola made from reclaimed long leaf pine. The outdoor fireplace was constructed out of mica and granite and has two storage areas for wood. The stone retaining wall includes interior lighting. A short walk down an adjoining staircase brings you to a courtyard immediately outside of the basement. The courtyard features the same flagstone, stone retaining wall and interior lighting. Regarding the house itself, we rebuilt the chimney (and the accompanying fireplace inside), added Harding plank cement siding, and built the retaining wall along the driveway. When a repeat client contacted us about stucco remediation on their home, we were happy to help! The window seat is part of the new 3rd floor bedroom. The three drawers provide storage and the window gives this nook lots of natural light. What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. Another central feature of this is home is all the built-in storage. We used or created every nook for seating and storage throughout the house, as you can see in the family room, dining area, staircase landing, bedroom and bathrooms. This all white galley kitchen is crisp and bright. The backsplash is handmade porcelain white subway tiles with a crackle finish, which is a perfect accent for the white quartz counters and white cabinets. The bumped-out sink is housed in a furniture-grade valance and adds another dimension to the space. Storage is the name of the game in this kitchen, including convenient drawers under the range. Oiled bronze lighting and galvanized steel cabinet pulls complete this room’s sleek look. This farmhouse style home in West Chester is the epitome of warmth and welcoming. We transformed this house’s original dark interior into a light, bright sanctuary. An exciting children water play concept executed at the premier Lodha World Towers, where science blends effortlessly with excitement and fun. We appreciate Lodha Group for trusting Valerius to execute first of its kind project in India in collaboration with Timber Play UK. The project comprises of Archimedes Screw, Ball Valve, Paddle Pump and many more equipment. The complexity in the design was to provide water at different pressures to each equipment as specified by the manufacture to obtain the desired water effect. Secondly being children play area the water quality also had to meet stringent quality parameters to ensure safety and hygiene. Lodha Group is one of the largest real estate developer and is known to provide not only world class amenities but also such exclusive living experience to its customers.

In this transitional farmhouse in West Chester, PA, we renovated the kitchen and family room, and installed new flooring and custom millwork throughout the entire first floor. This chic tuxedo kitchen has white cabinetry, white quartz counters, a black island, soft gold/honed gold pulls and a French door wall oven. The family room’s built in shelving provides extra storage. The shiplap accent wall creates a focal point around the white Carrera marble surround fireplace.
