after the ceiling was done, including recessed LEDs, we added a new modern ceiling fan/light. we tipped out the old wall to wall carpet and add pre finished hardwood.

Shannon and john have an in law suite where family and guest in general stay. When they bought this house it was pretty dated and they want to continue updating , but this time its all the bathrooms, starting here, This bathroom has no windows and both Shannon and John of elderly parents so i suggested getting rid of the old tub/shower combination and doing a sliding door shoer so its easier for Shannons dad who uses a walker to maneuver in and out of. I then took some measurements with ideas i already had and produce 3 different versions/designs for them to choose from. This was the winner. I wanted to create a cheerful relaxed space for their guest and given this bath has no windows i also wanted to use color and bring in some nature. The bright Navy blue vanity with gold accents and the patterned floor is eye catching and bold yet relaxed and welcoming. Adding a 2 small wooden shelves above the toilet brings in warmth and the plant and bird accent add charm and some outdoor greenery.I kept he rest simple so the eye isn't overwhelmed. the end result is a relaxed yet happy feeling and i hope it brings a mile to everyones face.

Hayden Estate Spa: Curated Wellness and Specialized Comfort
This perspective highlights the total dedication to comfort and function that defines this Hayden, Idaho, master en-suite. We designed this bathing sanctuary as a quiet retreat, pairing high-performance Kohler technology with artisan-level custom storage. Every element here is curated to extend the spa experience, prioritizing wellness from the moment you step onto the thermostat-controlled heated floor.
Specialized Design & Feature Highlights:
Freestanding Kohler Air Tub: The centerpiece of this area is the Kohler freestanding air bath, providing a gentle, effervescent massage for deep relaxation. It is served by a precision floor-mounted Kohler tub filler, offering a clean, modern contrast to the wood and stone surrounds.
Integrated Towel Warmer: For the ultimate post-bath experience, we installed a professional-grade white hydronic towel warmer next to the window. This ensures that a warm, inviting towel is always within reach, completing the total sensory wellness loop of the space.
Custom Millwork Storage: Anchoring the wall is a custom, floor-to-ceiling tower built from hand-selected Knotty Alder wood. Note the specialized upper section featuring open-lattice towel cubbies for clean, visual access and efficient air circulation, balanced by traditional Shaker-style lower cabinetry for concealed storage.
Porcelain & Wood Contrast: The large-format Italian porcelain body tile creates a sophisticated, low-maintenance foundation. This cool stone contrasts beautifully with the warm, rustic texture of the custom Knotty Alder window casings, framing the peaceful views of the Idaho forest.
Technical Flow: This view showcases the seamless flow of high-end materials, from the dark, polished granite vanity counter to the precision tile wainscot, ensuring that the room's high-tech features (like the hidden heated floor) are balanced by a clean architectural aesthetic.

Complete master bath remodel accomplished through our Design Services and trade partner. Project by Emily Pueringer at The Kohler Signature and trade partner Quality Cut Remodelers. Digital features such as Kohler's DTV+ showering controls and the Kohler Numi toilet make this bathroom standout from the rest. Not to mention the soft neutral color story and mix of finishes. The extremely close attention to all details of the installation by Quality Cut make this one of my favorite projects of the year.

From elegant bathrooms to sophisticated dressing areas and premium commercial spaces, LED Mirrors are now more than just reflective surfaces—they are statement pieces that combine technology, style, and functionality.
Whether you are renovating your home, upgrading a salon, designing a hotel, or creating a modern workspace, investing in a high-quality LED mirror can instantly elevate the atmosphere. The perfect balance of illumination and aesthetics makes these mirrors one of the most sought-after interior additions in contemporary architecture.
This blog explores everything you need to know about LED Mirror backlit solutions, their benefits, applications, features, and why they are becoming essential in modern living spaces.
What Is an LED Mirror Backlit Design?
An LED Mirror backlit system refers to a mirror equipped with LED lighting installed behind the mirror surface. Instead of visible front-facing bulbs, the light gently radiates from the rear edges, producing a soft halo effect around the mirror.
This indirect illumination creates a luxurious and ambient glow while providing practical lighting for everyday tasks such as grooming, makeup application, shaving, and skincare routines.
