We installed this Sand Printed Lattice Pattern by Candice Olson in a powder room in Redondo Beach. The lines of the pattern are actually made of sand, adding not just a pattern but texture to the walls.

Biscayne Bay Fish is an abstract take on a nature inspired painting. Jon truly captures the spirit of the tropics with these beautiful, bright colors. At Jon's studio near Palm Beach, Florida, there are several tanks with tropical fish and other sea life that inspire Jon on a daily basis and this beautiful, unique painting is a product of that inspiration. Hand-painted on aluminum, this stunning abstract piece will complement any contemporary or modern, decor.

EMERALD CONFETTI Jewel-toned velvet, pastel play and a wink of wit. DESIGN DESCRIPTION This living room is pure joy, mixing rich colour with a playful collector's spirit. A deep emerald velvet sofa, piled with blush, teal and striped cushions, sits on a pastel colour-block rug that feels like a modern painting underfoot. A woven wire armchair, a smoked glass coffee table and a clear acrylic side table keep the look light and airy. Brass floor lamps and an oversized white pendant add a warm glow, while champagne drapery trimmed with a band of chartreuse frames the windows. Along one wall, a marble console tucks plum velvet poufs beneath and displays an eclectic mix of silhouette portraits, a woven-frame mirror, a black stag sculpture and colourful glass vases. Happy, unexpected and full of personality, it is a room that makes everyone smile.

Symbiotic by Jon Allen (JAC 281) The Jon Allen Collection is an exclusive, hand-selected group of my most personal work to date. Each piece is hand-painted on aluminum. My art itself and my chosen medium, aluminum, are blissfully married. You may not think of the word organic when you hear the word metal, but this is some of my most organic art and that’s simply because metal allows my work to achieve true sentience. Aluminum’s naturally reflective nature enables each color, shape, and stroke to reach its full potential. A new aspect of the painting will reveal itself to you as it basks in the light that surrounds, evades, or envelops it in that moment. When you see the piece from different angles, you will appreciate how vibrant, dynamic, and environmentally influenced these pieces are. What you may see and feel by morning is not what you’ll see or feel by dusk and in many ways, and as such I feel these pieces capture the ever-ebbing and complex nature of human emotion and perception. Some of these pieces are truly abstract while others are modern takes on traditional landscapes, marine life, and portraits. I hope you enjoy them a fraction of how much I enjoyed creating them. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Number of Pieces: 1 Dimensions: 48" x 48" x 2" off the wall Care & Cleaning: Clean with a soft cloth and plain soap & water Other Features: Hardware is pre-installed for simple hanging and art will “float” 2” off the wall

Evocative!! This niche was once barely noticeable so high up on this stairway wall. Now it boasts a new Moroccan inspired style. Our colorful use of metallic plasters, glass beads and variegated metallic leaf have given this niche a new identity and presence. Copyright © 2016 The Artists Hands
