Designed for a family that love to cook and entertain, this kitchen may be small in scale but it is huge in form and function. Our clients loved their neighborhood so decided to take on an extensive remodel rather than building a new house. Once the walls and windows were realigned, we undertook a design that would maximize the space but maintain a complete sense of calm. The Graystone finish enhances that tranquility as do the handsome mouldings and clean shaker doors. Lots of accessory built-ins including an appliance garage reduce any distracting clutter and the x-mullion glass doors add a touch of elegance and sophistication.

This Hall Bathroom remodel in Kirkwood near St. Louis is a shared space between two growing toddlers and the guest of homeowner’s who love to entertain.
Kohler’s Villager cast iron tub combined with a shower will last through the ever growing changes of the children as they move from bath to shower routines. Through the mirror is a “Roeser” standard, we always include a shower niche to house all the needs of shampoo and soap products- keeping the area free from clutter.
A Kohler comfort height toilet with slow-close seat from the Memoirs series has enough detail to fit the homeowner’s style, but contains clean enough lines creating cleaning ease.
Wellborn’s Select line in Maple with a White Glacier finish brightens the room. Adding furniture legs to the cabinet gives an upscale look of furniture without being too formal. The Kohler Caxton oval under mount sink creates more counter space for multiple toddlers and their needs. The counter top is Caesar stone in Dreamy Marfil.
Installing 24” X 24” Ceramic Tile with colorful movement on the floor gave the illusion of a much wider bathroom. Installing the same tile in the bath surround in a smaller version (12” X 24”) added continuity without distraction. Warming the bathroom with oil rubbed bronze Moen fixtures in the Weymouth series and Top Knobs hardware in the same finish pulls the design all together with stunning detail.

This modern credenza would make the perfect storage cabinet in nearly any environment. It is handcrafted by us here in the USA utilizing only the highest quality materials and it’s made to last a lifetime. It sits atop a black platform base (wrapped in vinyl to give a little texture). The raised geometric pattern of the doors add a touch of modernism. It is a very versatile piece and would be well-suited as a modern TV stand/console, credenza, buffet, or stylish sideboard.
Behind each door you’ll find an adjustable inner shelf for maximum flexibility. Push-to-open doors eliminate the need for handles or knobs on the front so as to not distract from the stylish, modern look of the doors.
In addition to making these in many different widths and heights, we can also build yours in nearly any configuration. Want a more “open”, “airy” look? We can make yours with an open middle section (meaning doors only on the outsides). Or, need drawers? We can do that as well!
It is shown here in rich brown walnut, but yours can be made in any of the woods shown on our wood options page.
Other door colors are available as well. For a more vintage look, consider our vintage orange doors. Or, for a more Hollywood glam look, go bold with our gold! See our other items for examples in different color and configurations.
Looking for a more mid-century look? Take a look at this unit with our tapered, gold spindle legs as opposed to the platform base.
For many years of trouble-free use, we use only top-of-the-line hardware (hinges, push to open mechanisms) from Blum and Salice. Only the highest quality furniture-grade veneers are used as well. Like any natural material, expect some slight variations in grain and coloration.
Using this to store electronic devices that need power? Let us know and we’re happy to add holes in the back for cables to exit for no additional charge.
Need a different width? Yours can be made with any number of doors.
Dimensions: approximately 82.75" wide x 19" deep x 25.25" high . (The dimensions are the exterior dimensions of the cabinet. The patterns on the doors will extend slightly past the cabinet)
Model: Regency (shown in walnut with white doors and platform base).
Please inquire for information and pricing on any changes you would like.

A modern, contemporary take on the popular farmhouse style, this open-concept kitchen, with separate pantry is a refreshing, bright space to raise a family. Materials selected with kids sticky fingers in mind!
The well designed space boasts gold accents, stunning glass pendant lights to keep the kitchen vibe open and bright, and to not distract from the reclaimed barn beam used as a decorative element on the hood vent. The architectural embossed subway tile brings plenty of texture to a monochromatic space.
A timeless design that can easily move through years of fashion trends without becoming dated.

Awarded "Best Smart Home of the Year" by EH.
Spire outfitted this beautiful Michigan home with the best in high quality luxury technology. The homeowners enjoy the complete control of their home, from lighting and shading to entertainment and security, through the Savant Control System.
Homeowners and guests can easily create “scenes” to manage their days and social gatherings. Lutron shades help maintain light, climate and privacy to balance the inside and outside views. Outdoor entertaining is easy with the Sonance Landscape Audio System, Lutron light controls for pools and fountains and Savant control of outdoor fire pits.
The fully managed Whyreboot network allows for uninterrupted system control. To maintain security, Holovision doors and gates are equipped with Doorbird system to notify residents of visitors and to give control to open and close doors and gates. Music lovers can enjoy the highest level in audio from Meridian 7200 speakers in the lower level, as well as, Sonance in wall and in ceiling speakers throughout the home. In order for the homeowners to enjoy different music and entertainment in various rooms, 14 zones of video and 26 zones of audio were necessary.
Spire added many special touches to this amazing home. The master bathroom boasts a MirrorTV so owners can enjoy some entertainment while preparing for the day. A floor lift in the kitchen and dining room allows for entertainment, but can be tucked away when distractions are not wanted. A floor lift in the bedroom makes watching TV convenient, but can be put away when not in use. A fingerprint lock was placed at the bar for peace of mind.
Spire’s expertise and commitment to detail were key to the intricate design concepts throughout the home. Spire worked closely with design teams to ensure under cabinet lighting was just right.

This white yet warm kitchen has the perfect balance of wood and white surfaces. Lots of drawers provide convenient and accessible storage, and vast expanses of countertops provide lots of workspace. Lighting is key in any kitchen, and every inch of this kitchen is well and tastefully lit. Backsplashes are free of distracting electrical outlets, replaced with ingenuous power strips tucked below the upper cabinets. An automated lighting system offers easy and full control, including lighting zones and dimming.

A transformation of a modest raised ranch into a modern oasis. I was the interior designer and general contractor from mechanicals to finishing. It’s also my personal home.
The interior design style is that of modern minimalist meets organic modern. I wanted a space that reduced distractions and let the eyes, head, and soul rest. Where everything inside the home has a specific use and purpose. The objects in our home are fewer but each hold a great personal value. You might expect to see this airy aesthetic, with its gallery white walls, in California or New York. Not nestled in a modest 50 year old neighborhood in Omaha, Nebraska. Creating a minimal aesthetic is one of the trickiest design styles to pull off. It is more than just less stuff and lots of white. It means sticking to these design principals:
-weaving in an abundance of textures
-incorporating natural finishes
-keenly curating art
-giving extra attention to scale
-limiting purely decorative items
-maximizing natural light
This style is not to be confused with the frugality of reductive design. I have incorporated many elevated basics that create an aesthetic of quiet luxury:
-architectural bead for trim-less doors
-first-of-its kind interior door hardware made of terrazzo
-historical marble found in landmark interiors like the NY Public Library
-premium flush air vents that disappear out of site
-luxury appliances from GE Café and Signature
-elegant and resilient terrazzo field tiles
Ours was not a simple interior remodel and addition:
-gutted and remodeled the existing 2,000 SF
-added on approximately another 1,000 SF
-moved and installed all new major mechanicals i.e. heating, plumbing and electrical.
-knocked through foundation walls to extend the space back
-dug down and built up

The entry-level kitchenette echoes the primary kitchen featuring our WAY cabinet style, while introducing the textured Oslo Oak matrix finish. The subtle grain creates an interesting texture without adding weight or distraction from the large French doors that open into a private garden. The open-concept design, which includes an efficient dry bar, provides plenty of room for entertaining.

The phrase “Less is More” holds very true for this small master bathroom. With its neutral color scheme, clean lines, and linear fixtures, this bathroom is nothing short of excellent in its portrayal of modern. There is not much to distract the eye on this crisp design.

One of the hottest trends in bath design is open, clean-line spaces. This serene look is accomplished by reducing distractions caused by too many ornate details. This client approached Renovisions to remodel her outdated master bath and create a clean and uncluttered space with a contemporary flair. The bathtub and tile floor remains in the new design adding a small challenge to coordinate the right color selection for shower and tub surround tile. The existing bath’s fiberglass shower was cramped, under utilized and under styled, so Renovisions first enlarged the depth of the shower with a complete water proof system, hand-held shower and soap dish, corner shelf and safety grab bar.
A teak veneer vanity was designed to compliment the client’s master bedroom teak furniture. A beautiful combination of sleek grey quartz countertop, rectangular under-mount sink, modern plumbing fixtures, stylish hardware and a simple yet elegant tilt mirror completed the contemporary look.
This renewed master bath combines functionality and aesthetics in perfect harmony.

"Sure, you can multitask on Sunday. But why, when you can just melt instead? Refined and well-bred enough for the poshest of interiors, the Sunday collection is designed to look good, but still be all about the comfort, baby! A simple recessed leg eliminates distraction and lets the cozy cushions and thin frame levitate. On Sunday, you rest.
