Our goal was to create comfortable and practical spaces, while staying true to the preferences of the homeowners and age of the home.

Premier GarageThis Coral Gables garage was transformed from a raw, sub-level space into a clean, fully finished room. We ran custom floor-to-ceiling cabinets in a deep navy-blue finish along two walls and wrapped them seamlessly around the corner, holding the reveal lines consistent throughout. A solid butcher-block workbench anchors the center of the run, with a slatwall backsplash above for adjustable hooks and tools, and bank drawers below for smaller hardware. On the adjacent wall, a full-width slatwall panel system adds flexible vertical storage for bikes, ladders, and equipment, keeping the floor clear. Underfoot, a flake epoxy floor coating was applied over a fully diamond-ground slab, creating a seamless, slip-resistant surface built for South Florida's heat and humidity. The powder-coated, moisture-resistant cabinetry gives the space an almost furniture-grade look — a finished room rather than a utility space.
