Our client had high-quality exterior hardware on the rest of her home, and when it came time to outfit the new trash and recycling enclosure, she wanted something of the same quality. She chose a Dark Bronze Contemporary Latch with Square Handle for its style and longevity. The latch looks contemporary while still being in touch with the traditional. In an installation like this, a client could choose to install just the latching side (the exposed side on the exterior of the enclosure).

The Safkas love spending time outside, but their backyard didn’t accommodate many outdoor activities. Landsystems Landscapes was able to transform their dysfunctional space into a home out of doors. We created a large patio for lounging, a spa with multi-colored lights for relaxing, a barbecue area for meals, and a dining area where the family could spend time together outside. The Safkas are now able to spend much of their family time outside. Melissa Wright

Diane and Blaine are trendsetters, but they also wanted a timeless place that would not look dated in the future. Many original concepts were incorporated to make that happen, from the rusted metal roof on bunkhouse to whitewashed pine walls to weathered barn wood from Saskatchewan.
