Brittany Havican A couple was desperately seeking a creative “wow” factor for their master bedroom. This bedroom was lacking in function and overall beauty. Taking inspirations from art, fashion, ethnic patterns, and mixing in a few tailored elements make this a room with more than just a view. Mixing metals and mirrors add sparkle. Addressing light control with custom window treatments that soften and frame the room while adding a luxe layer to the high drama of the metallic faux painted walls that serve as the eye-catching backdrop. The perfect shade of persimmon selected as the accents to this lovely mauve, champagne, and white color scheme for a more edgy take on the overall project for client’s who wanted out of the beige box.

This room was inspired by the Antique Chinese Screen the owners already owned and wished to utilize in their home. We paired this with an Asian inspired armoire and antique high back chair and paired them with contemporary lamps. The Natori Bedding was the perfemctcompliment - in retrospect, the couple in the pillows should be facing one another! (The wall color was what we had to work with...)

A colorful modern tropical oasis for a guest bedroom. This design was inspired by the Dominican Republic's usage of vibrant colors and patterns all while hints of Dominican Republic were displayed above the bed's picture wall. With the pop of blue on the accent wall, it helped bring a calmness to the room who's adjacent wall was filled with a large window. It's a moody design that is cozy and sophisticated.
