For this project, our client purchased this early 1900' Victorian in the Village of Sea Cliff Long Island in original condition and in desperate need of modern updates. To do this, we completely renovated with modern interior finishes while preserving the structure and architectural details of the exterior. Through project, we made sure to honor the original design and historicity of the property, while providing upgrades like modern appliances, recessed lighting, an open floor concept, and other great details. Now our clients have the joy of living in a historic with amazing character but also fantastic modern details and features.
