This project was a small 220 sqft room addition that was intended as a playroom. The client wanted the exterior to blend with the rest of the house, and included tying the HVAC system in so we added insulation and attic ventilation to prevent from taxing the existing system.

Complete transformation in re-branding this small OFFICE and business. Working with a very tight budget, the goal was to create a tranquil working environment that would ease clients during a busy tax season. Materials, furniture and artwork were to be based around the companies NEW logo incorporating shade of Blue and Green with repurposing of some existing furniture pieces and the purchasing of new items.

The lead time of my products is between 4 and 6 weeks. Our products are handmade products, the materials we use are of the highest quality, and our delivery time is between 4 and 6 weeks after placing the order. Since our products are special and high-end products, we carefully produce and prepare your products in this process and send them to you. Production in desired color 100% Handmade Made in Turkey - Material made of ceramic material. Tiles are converted into water and cleaning materials. - Decorating the leaf tile tile for many years. Color and pattern do not exist. - Water and moisture clean thanks to the glossy glazed polished. - It does not form mold. - In places where Leaf Tile tiles are used, we breathe cool and warm in summer. - Figure the days of sound waves taking advantage of the reflective feature of the days in the regions caused by Leafy Tiles. We recommend that you prefer antibacterial grouts, especially for patterned tile ceramic tiles that you will apply in your kitchens and bathrooms. After the joint application, the excess joints remaining on the tiles whose flooring has been completed are removed by wiping them with a wet sponge. A detail of the soffited corner at the front covered porch. The brackets were fabricated to match the existing ones. The beadboard ceiling was completely rebuilt to match what was originally there. New siding and rake moulding on the column support a paneled beam. This house won an Evanston Preservation Award and was granted an Illinois Tax Freeze for the work on its historic preservation.

So how is this green? The walnut is hand-milled from a fallen tree; countertop is domestic soapstone sustainably quarried, work is all done by local craftspeople. New energy-efficient windows approved for historic consistency by the Roland Park Association, and indoor air quality protected with healthy finishes and better ventilation. Deconstruction of pre-existing window and fixtures yielded a nice tax-deduction for the owner and extensive re-use of materials. Collaborative design with Greenbuilders, the clients, and a consultation with architect Bruce Finkelstein.
