Caution! This guest bedroom may cause your guests to never leave! Between the amazing views out of the the huge windows and the luxurious four-poster bed with delicious linens and plenty of room to spread out, your guests may find no reason to leave! Call it beach- or coastal-cozy chic. Call it a spa-like retreat getaway room. No matter what you call it, it's the best room for a guest to feel at home.

The wagon wheel and axle has been restored and we welded the square metal on the bottom of the wheel to stabilize the table. The top is made from circa 1840 reclaimed pine floor joists.

These four custom cedar raised beds were constructed at the Seattle Urban Farm Co headquarters and delivered, fully assembled, to the clients rooftop deck. Each of the four raised beds include a cold frame structure that sits 2ʼ above the raised bed with interchangeable south-angled panels: greenhouse paneling for winter and shade cloth covering for summer. This addition to the raised beds will allow the client to continue growing crops throughout the year in the unique microclimate of a roof, protecting crops from excess heat, cold, and wind. Referencing the wife and 3 daughters for which the house was named, four distinct but cohesive design criteria were considered for the 2016 renovation of the circa 1890, three story masonry rowhouse: 1. To keep the significant original elements – such as the grand stair and Lincrusta wainscoting. 2. To repurpose original elements such as the former kitchen pocket doors fitted to their new location on the second floor with custom track. 3. To improve original elements - such as the new "sky deck" with its bright green steel frame, a new kitchen and modern baths. 4. At the Four Seasons Residence in Austin, R Designs transformed this otherwise bland high-rise condo into a slick and bold space using multiple wall-coverings, ceiling coverings (leather, suede, fabric and paper), custom Italian furnishings and unique custom lighting.

Love is all around Dick "RJ" Valentine, especially when he enters his home garage. A professional race car driver, entrepreneur, chairman of The MBA Group of Companies, and owner of F1 Boston and F1 Outdoors kart racing facility, Dick is surrounded by some of his most prized possessions: a radiant blue Hennessey Venom Viper 650, a twin turbo Porsche, a 500e Mercedes, and a BMW model 750il, an M5 and an M6. And that's just the four-wheelers. Dick's garage is also home to four motorcycles: a BMW 1200LT, a BMW 1200RS, a Ducati 996F, and a Ducati ST4F. "I've basically driven everything short of the space shuttle," he jokes. His wife adds, "If it doesn't make noise, leak or have wheels, Dick doesn't want any part of it!" Driving for gold. RJ has been racing professionally for 30 years and has raced virtually every type of competitive race car at tracks all over the world, including IMSA Corvettes, Trans-Am Camaros, Riley & Scott MK3 World Sports Cars, BMW M3 V8's, Dodge Vipers, Porsche 911s, Pontiac GTO.Rs and Porsche GT3s. He has more than 325 professional road racing starts, and is one of only seven people to eclipse 120 starts in the Trans-Am Series. RJ's career Trans-Am record includes a 62% incidence of top ten finishes and in excess of 20 top-five finishes. In 2007, RJ and teammate Andy Lally claimed 5 victories, 2 seconds and placed 3rd for the 2007 GT Championship in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series aboard the #66 TRG CRG/Maxter Porsche GT3. He has driven in over 20 consecutive Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona, a significant achievement given the grueling nature of this 24-hour endurance race. He uses his garage to house and service not only his personal vehicles, but his professional karts as well. That's where Lista comes in. Dick stores all his tools and parts using Lista garage workbenches with drawer cabinet pedestals, stationary riser shelves and overhead cabinets with retractable doors. "We use only Lista equipment in our racing trailers and at F1 Boston. In the racing environment, precision and quality are the name of the game. Lista is the gold standard in the business. So I wouldn't have used anything but Lista in my own garage."

THEME At some point, every little boy imagines himself a cowboy riding horseback, herding cattle over the wooded plains and warring with ferocious outlaws. High noon or not, in this room, the Wild West is brought to life in fantastic detail with a Chuck Wagon bed, Western-style drawers and a variety of room accents. FOCUS The room’s central feature is the Chuck Wagon bed, a companion to Kidtropolis’ signature Princess bed. Replicating a Chuck Wagon in every respect, this version of Old West transport comes complete with wagon wheels, a canvas canopy, and even a ladder. Accessories such as a frying pan, lantern, bucket, rope and milk barrel set the stage for life on the range; while pictures of cowboys, Indians, teepees, campfires and tengallon hats evoke images of the OK Corral. Stuffed horses, a small wagon and pup tent add to the atmosphere. STORAGE The wagon’s front high seat serves as a changing table complete with pad. Convenient storage areas are located in the back and in the side box. GROWTH The Chuck Wagon bed works as a baby crib and is suitable for a toddler up to the age of four. SAFETY A safety railing around the walls of the bed prevent baby from falling out, and can be removed when needed. Wheels and accessories are immobile to ensure the wagon is safe for rest and play.

The large foyer always has always been the drop off point for the boy's baseball gear, back packs, coats and boots. We designed and built cabinets to house all of these items - out of sight out of mind. We also added a Prairie style entry lantern, welcoming and colorful area rug, light blue seat cushion and restored the antique painting originally installed when the house was built. Photos: Ashley Ross I knew it was time to makeover my son's nursery after removing the changing pad and baby toiletries from the changing area. My son has also developed quite the interest in cars, it's beyond toy cars. He loves flipping through car mags with dad and can name almost any model that drives by us on the road or he's sees parked on the street. I really wanted to bring in "some" of his love of four wheel vehicles into his personal space. Especially since we don't do toys in the bedroom. We took our time and didn't race through the process and both mom and kiddo are champions of this new space.
