Before the redo, there were single use restrooms. The volume of people in and out of the funeral home necessitated having multi-use restrooms. With a little space from the hall and a decent amount of creativity - we were able to plan multi-use restrooms for both the men's and the women's restrooms.

We took one of the chapels (the selcom used chapel) and converted it to a Gathering Space. According to the owners, this has actually changed the way they do funerals. They say their families spend most of the time in this area and are free to cry, laugh, joke, be mindful or just to be. It is comfortable and allows for all manner of interaction.
