The dimensions of the playing area are 25 feet wide and 22 feet deep. Their residence is located in Naugatuck, Connecticut. We relocated the powder room to the other side of the home, which created a more cohesive floor plan. We styled this new bathroom with floor-to-ceiling tiles as well as a sleek pocket door system. The designer, Bonnie from Signature Designs Kitchen & Bath, pulled out all the stops with 5 niches, 7 different tile selections (4 glass, 1 marble and 2 porcelain) and top of the line fixtures ALL that harmonize into this fantastically creative bathroom. The shower pan was hand cut and hand placed (made out of the main floor tile) in alternating orientations to give a mosaic look. These Auckland homeowners wanted an industrial style look for their interior home design. So when it came to building the staircase, handrail and balustrades, we knew the exposed steel in a matte black was going to be the right look for them. ​ Due to the double stringers and concrete treads, this style of staircase is extremely solid and has zero movement, massively reducing noise. Our biggest challenge on this project was that the double stringer staircase was designed with concrete treads that needed to be colour matched to the pre-existing floor.

Complete backyard remodel, new pool and sap, with grotto, new balcony, waterfall, sheer decent, bbq, fireplace, and much more. The balcony has a water feature that spills in to the pool, along with a waterfall from the grotto, and sheer decent water features from the columns, lit up by color fiber optic lighting. the entire area is finished of with 2 outdoor T.V.'s one mounted under the balcony and one mounted under the counter top next to the spa, the T.V. is controlled via remote and is recessed in to the counter, and then rises out of the counter until it is above the counter surface, for viewing from anywhere within the garden.
