The color palette of teal green, blue and white was brought to life with curated antiques that were stripped of their dark stain colors, collected fine linens, fine plaster wall finishes, authentic Turkish rugs, antique and custom light fixtures, original oil paintings and moorish chevron tile and Moroccan pattern choices.

Working with another repeat client, we designed and built this one bedroom apartment above their existing alleyway garage. This space, which currently functions as a short term rental, was designed to feel tucked away and elevated. The view out every window is of tree canopy, even though it is just a few blocks from downtown.

This ICON Brickell Airbnb studio kitchen and entry were designed as part of a fully outfitted investment property inspired by the bold Baroque energy of the ICON Brickell lobby. The compact kitchen connects to a dramatic entry experience with navy flocked leopard wallpaper, Baroque-inspired artwork, sculptural lighting, and layered designer details that gave the studio a strong boutique-hotel identity. Designed for the competitive Brickell short-term rental market, the space balanced guest function, visual impact, and a memorable themed experience that helped the Airbnb stand out in one of Miami’s most recognizable destination buildings.

A custom Italian Murphy bed system folds into a sofa sectional with storage, allowing the compact studio to function as both a lounge and guest sleeping space.
