Backyard design that included multiple patio areas, 7 retaining walls, terracing and stairways down to the waterfront. Used Allan Block Europa Collection in an Abbey Blend Pattern. Wall has lighting for evening entertaining and use. Rocks were used to create an elegant waterfall on the top patio.

We had the awesome opportunity to complete this 8ft Western Red Cedar board-on-board privacy fence that included metal gate frames with industrial hinges and 2x6 single stage trim cap. We used exterior rated GRK screws for 100% of the installation, not a single nail on the entire project. The project also included demolition and removal of a failed retaining wall followed by the form up and pouring of a new 24” tall concrete retaining wall. Retaining walls may not be the most exciting part of this yard, but they are the foundation for the rest of the landscape design. By designing and installing high-quality and safe retaining walls we have ensured that there is plenty of space for all the other features of the yard.

Slopped yards usually need retaining walls to create usable space for the backyard, but that doesn't meant they have to be an eyesore, as showcased by this beautiful grey retaining wall.

An original overhead soffit, tile countertops, fluorescent lights and oak cabinets were all removed to create a modern, spa-inspired master bathroom. Color inspiration came from the nearby ocean and was juxtaposed with a custom, expresso-stained vanity, white quartz countertops and new plumbing fixtures.
