An historic estate in the Hamptons, this project called for style-appropriate long-lasting hardware. The arched gates were outfitted with solid bronze gate latches, hinges, and cane bolts. Gates were hung with 4” Solid Bronze Heavy Duty Button Tip Hinges. Solid Bronze 20” Cane Bolts hold the fixed gate in place. The gates had relatively narrow stiles (vertical members) and so the box latch was used. The box latch has a shorter latching arm, which means it can be used on gates with narrow stiles. On the other side is a 5” plate with octagonal handle. NB: These site photos were taken from an active construction site in the midst of winter. Gates and hardware show rain and dirt.

Inspiration for a timeless bathroom remodel in Bridgeport

Unlike the raw custom wine racking, the ladder was finished, allowing it to blend nicely with the exterior wine cabinets. It is attached to a railing to provide ease when moving from one section to another section in the racking. There's no need to lift the ladder. All in all, the wine cellar design is a sight to behold. We installed a ducted split wine refrigeration system to ensure optimum conditions in the cellar. This double wooden gate included a split into 1/3 - 2/3 to create an enclosed courtyard in the carport area. There were children at the property, and so stoutness of hardware as well as security were of utmost importance. The home is a Craftsman style, and the gates were built to complement that. Mediterranean exterior home idea in Los Angeles

TAURUS This beautiful pre-assembled, pre-hung entry door unit is hand-made in the USA with love by CBW Windows & Doors, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Taurus door is made of a double-pane, tempered, insulated glass unit inside of a 2 ½” aluminum frame. The left sidelight is 9” wide and is made of double-paned, tempered, insulated glass in your choice of acid-etched (frosted) or clear low-E glass. This unit comes with the jamb, sidelight, butt hinges, rolling latch, Euro-profile cylinder, anodized aluminum threshold, and 36” offset brushed stainless steel back-to-back pull bar.
