This beautiful home had an old, non functioning lighting system in place that was removed and replaced with a completely new, low voltage, LED lighting system with a completely new design which flattered the details of this cape cod style home in a far better way. We increased the curb appeal, safety around the walkways and stairs and enhanced the security with accent lighting around the doors and windows. The overall effect is a warm and elegant look that this home was begging for.

Accent lighting was added around this patio and to the waterfall for visual enhancement from the back windows of the house and extended patio use. Down lights were placed in the pergola above the dining table for accent and additional usage after hours. Many of the trees were also illuminated to visually anchor the lower lighting on the ground.

Recessed can lighting was added to on the side of this home to gently illuminate plant beds and increase the home security. Recessed lighting is a great way to illuminate a homes architecture and plant material when a typical wash light on the ground may get covered up by plant material. Pathway and step lighting was also added to guide the home's residents safely from the deck to the back yard.

Looking back into the garden, the cedar pergola with the swing was our visual anchor point. We used up lights to illuminate the large trees surrounding it to help frame it in view. The concrete paver walkway visually leads you up to it, inviting you to go for a swing.

This entryway into a residential community was fairly long and needed some illumination between the road and the clubhouse area. We wanted to illuminate the trees and some of the rock outcroppings. We also wanted to create some visual interest along the way. We used a variety of laser cut, steel bollard lights throughout the area to create visual focal points and to light ground cover plantings below them.
