DemNET TechnologiesThe structured wiring hub of the home, located in the basement. A telecom rack handles gigabit network patching to the home (the customer opted to make their own patch cables instead of using provided cables and the cable management module). Network witching is provided via a 16-port Cisco gigabit Ethernet switch. Telephone and Television patching are handled inside the white structured media panel at right. The cables seen exiting the panel travel to individual wall jacks throughout the home.
Project background: A whole-home re-wire. DemNET Technologies was brought in to remove and recycle old, outdated wiring, and re-wire this home with modern, high speed cable. DemNET also installed a structured wiring center and telecom rack, ran new wires to the outdoor service boxes, installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and installed 7.1 surround sound in the family room, with a Zone 2 setup in the basement.

From my first walk through with my client -to creative design and conceptualization - and finally to completion... I lived and breathed this project.
I collected and combined found objects, ordered cabinet pulls from Morroco, hired artisans and craftspeople to hand paint and customize the furnishings, lamp shades, bedding, pillows and windowcoverings in order to create this warm, inviting and intimate space.
When I travel, I am always thinking of my clients and projects....I love to purchase items and found objects that help to create unique and highly personalized spaces.
I work with a team of incredibly talented individuals that can modify and customize almost everything I can dream up!

Dan Davis DesignWhen retired clients decided to combine their individual homes into a newly purchased one, they turned to us to help them combine their styles. Their love of mid-century Modern and tworld travel were a perfect jumping off point. The 1920s Tudor home they purchased had an open floor plan, except the kitchen which we renovated into a kitchen/sunroom addition. The space tripled in size and added a lot of natural light. A cork floor and copper pendants add warmth while the blue glass backsplash brings a nice contrast of cool color. The beams coordinate with the finish of the custom kitchen cabinets.
