After nearly eight years, it was time to perform a "technology remodel" on this home. The client now has simple control of nearly all the technology in their home from an iPad, iPhone, or wireless remote. We also included bullet-proof WiFi and a robust computer network, so they can enjoy ultra-fast internet and seamless connections throughout the home.

In this church, we took what was a low-resolution, local produced video feed and created a nearly 4K resolution video feed through live streaming of Facebook Live with the simplest of use and operability. Kozi Media Design carefully and professionally installed all the retrofit cabling and equipment through the existing mixer for a professional result to the masses.

This is a project completed some time back that shows an uncommonly creative approach to hiding some audiophile bookshelf speakers inside an attractive TV console. We worked with the cabinet designer to come up with discreet horizontal, speaker cloth enclosures, righ and left, to hide these audio gems. Inside the cabinet are all the Audio/Video/Internet Equipment with the Radio Frequency Remote allowing equipment to be operated with doors closed. Nothing cutting edge, just a clean, understated presentation. The moral of the story don't let cookie cutter approaches to cabinetry constrain your possibilities.

Upon entering what appears to be a typical box truck, one is immediately surprised by the design of the inviting guest/living room complete with a comfortable banquette, lounge chair and barstool. These pieces are positioned to enable the client to view a video, PowerPoint presentation or access the Internet on a flat screen smart TV.

The creation of a new suite of offices for Media 3 Ltd at its midtown Manhattan location in New York City is part of an overall expansion of the company across two floors, providing much-needed administrative space for the growing company. Media 3 Ltd broadcasts live video 'Head Shots' to television stations and internet companies around the world. The design for the new offices creates an efficient ensemble of spaces that are modest in scale and budget, yet inviting and rich with color and natural light.

Built in 1969 with only one previous owner, this quaint Cape house needed a full renovation. We took the opportunity to wire for both the client’s current and future needs. Ultra-high bandwidth cabling throughout the house allows for the next internet speed bump over 1 gigabit. The owners are self-described “recovering audiophiles,” so the speaker and equipment selection required a high-end solution to achieve this sound quality throughout 18 zones of indoor and outdoor audio. In addition, a lighting control system with close to 40 keypad locations strategically placed throughout the house was designed to let them control multiple lights from anywhere in the house, as well as to automate routine lighting scenes. In the family room, a surround sound setup complemented a 77-inch OLED TV wrapped in a custom black walnut frame to conceal the TV. Several custom programmed iPads are located in rooms with TVs, as well as a master control in the kitchen. Lastly, smart thermostats, video doorbells, smart door locks, 11 high-resolution cameras, and a smart water leak protection system allow the owners to monitor the house whether they are home or away.
