Inspiration for a timeless home design remodel in Denver

Our client had high-quality exterior hardware on the rest of her home, and when it came time to outfit the new trash and recycling enclosure, she wanted something of the same quality. She chose a Dark Bronze Contemporary Latch with Square Handle for its style and longevity. The latch looks contemporary while still being in touch with the traditional. In an installation like this, a client could choose to install just the latching side (the exposed side on the exterior of the enclosure).

We designed this basement kitchenette to resemble that of a mini theater concession stand! Sleek black paneled cabinetry with a glass door display case is perfect for showing off your collection of sweets! A popcorn and soft ice cream machine are also a nice touch to this home theater - setting the mood for a cozy night in watching your favorite movie. The add a bit of personal style, we adorned the kitchenette with the client's unique artwork -- showcasing passionate reds and working as a contrast to the overall monochromatic kitchenette design. Project designed by Star Valley, Wyoming interior design firm Tawna Allred Interiors. We removed a wall in this small Sugarhouse bungalow, allowing us to reconfigure the main floor living space. The client now has a more functional kitchen where the kitchen, dining, and living rooms all overlap for flexibility, function, and an open airy feel. Flexibility is key in these spaces. Chairs are easily moved around. The ottomans can be rearranged to be used as benches, footstools, or a coffee table. Even the area rug is individual FLOR tiles that can be rearranged if needed for a different rug size.

The purpose of this room is for adult lounging, relaxing and enjoying music and beverages. Our client wanted a unique abstract style canvas to be the focal point of this room. We were happy to complete this stunning abstract wall finish. Copyright © 2016 The Artists Hands
