The client wanted to buy into the unit but is waiting until their toddlers grow to handle the many concrete stairs in the home. Until then, it is being used as an Airbnb for out of town visitors. The clients wanted clean, modern and a space that catered to a higher end clientele, but on a budget of course. Knowing that she needed that space for herself, she was inspired and wanted to see if she could turn a 10x12 office in her home into a closet. The perimeter cabinets are Merillat Autograph in the Bayard door style in Warm White, while the island features Masterpiece cabinetry in the Bolton door style in Rainfall. The kitchen also includes MSI Q Calacatta Laza countertops, 8x8 Angela Harris Florista Leave backsplash tile from Tile Inc. and KitchenAid range with downdraft, dishwasher and refrigerator. The client shared, “My experience with Reico was very pleasant from the start. Nancy was proficient and knowledgeable.
