Artists’ Farm House Curated Collection. Vintage Niagra Falls print collection is highlighted by the custom mixed teal blue powder room paint finish. Original door found in the house's basement was salvaged for this powder room and used as a color inspiration. The old tube radio was discovered while treasure hunting at a local yard sale.

A massive masonry fireplace and chimney anchor the living room. The window package came from Loewen. The entire design required precision for laying out stock window stock window sizes from corner to corner. Upper windows were operated by radio frequency remotes. The skylights were able to be tinted. The stone fireplace was built entirely from stone sourced on site. Barn flooring was salvaged locally from multiple sources and was finished with wax. The living room was wrapped with a deck, accessible from all three sides.

A basement area with zone audio. The zone audio system extends to the entire home, and is capable of tuning to a variety of sources, including AM and FM radio, satellite and internet radio, any video source (satellite, DVD/Blu-Ray, network attached storage/NAS media, device-streamed video, etc.), as well as audio discs, MP3 players, notebook computers, network-attached media players, and handheld devices (smartphones/tablets) via streaming services. The television pictured is connected to the home's hub of smart technology, and is capable of receiving satellite programming, streaming audio/video via tablets and smartphones throughout the home, DVD/Blu-Ray movies shared throughout the home, as well as media and content stored on the home's network via network attached storage (NAS). Sound is managed through the TV itself, or via the zone audio system, with local speakers located in the ceiling throughout the home, and pictured here. KEXP-FM Steel-base, hipster-industrial coffee table for music lovers KEXP-FM is a nonprofit arts organization serving music lovers and artists on-air, online, and in person. They aim to harness the emotional power of art to strengthen communities and serve the greater social good. For years, the radio station loaned its old table to a local coffee shop before inviting Creoworks to make a new one. The Creoworks team made a steel-base, hipster-industrial, furniture-grade coffee tasting table on wheels to serve coffee behind the airwaves and represent the organization's mission in the arts.

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. The glass bowl was made in the glass studio owned by the owner which is adjacent to the residence. The mirror is a repurposed window. The door is repurposed from a boarding house. George Mendel

This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. We were excited to provide an Asian Inspired Gate Latch to Bejar Gate Company in San Diego for a project in gorgeous Rancho Santa Fe. As a family business ourself, we love to learn about thriving companies that are family-owned. Bejar Gate has been in business for 37 years and is the oldest and best known gate company in San Diego County. Three generations of Bejars work there on a daily basis. How neat is that?! This garden gate is made of square tube steel frame and clad with Ipe wood. The customer wanted a gate to complement her Asian themed home in the exclusive neighborhood of Rancho Santa Fe, California.
