Complete Flooring

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Complete Flooring from the time we stepped into the store through the completed installation. We were treated professionally - we were given a great deal of help in choosing tile and allowed to bring home samples to matching existing tile. We received two other quotes from competitors - We felt most confident with Complete's quote as they were the only one to measure accurately and provide a complete quote that didn't suggest "surprises." Complete Flooring was also the cheapest quote. We were updated frequently on the arrival of our tile...communication was wonderful. The installers were professional, polite, and worked extremely hard for four straight days. They confirmed with us as to direction, tile, grout color before beginning installation. They were extremely helpful in moving furniture and even giving us some tips. I have already recommended Complete Flooring to friends and on social media. My home is my new sanctuary with the beautiful work from Complete Flooring.

Complete Flooring replaced the entire carpeting in our home. Professional service from the material selection in their showroom to the estimators and installers in our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we were provided by Complete Flooring, and the carpet looks great!

Installers were courteous and professional, and they did a really good job with the install - very thorough. This is the second time we have used Complete Flooring and we have no hesitation in turning to them first for any future carpet projects.

The only reason this company gets one star is because of the installers. They were exceptional, offering great design ideas and doing the job efficiently and well. Complete Flooring, however, is terrible. First, it took almost two weeks to change a very simple thing in the contract and that was with me calling almost every day for a revised contract. Meanwhile our install time was slipping. Second, they made a big deal out of how the hardwood would transition to our tile which turned out to be no problem at all. But, because of that, we were stuck with the recommended molding which they had told us would match our hardwood and come from the same company. Instead they bought through a secondary company which in no way matched the color or grain or our hardwood. They refused to give us a refund for this erroneous and completely unused molding. We had to buy base molding at Home Depot and stain it ourselves. Third, they significantly overestimated the amount of flooring needed and then refused to take back the excess. We understand that 12% extra may be necessary but NOT 15%. We were left with two full boxes PLUS extra pieces. In addition, their attitude throughout was patronizing and unprofessional.

Paid $5946 down payment on January 13th...still waiting for them to finish so we can move into the upstairs of our house. Service not at all as promised. Main installer was great but 2 apprentices left us with incredibly shoddy substandard job. Chip in new flooring, splintered baseboards. No one showed up to fix it at first scheduled appointment. Then the Owner declared workmanship as "industry standard" but offered to fix at my expense. Then offered to fix at their expense. I cancelled once in April due to remote RN job in New York. Rescheduled for May 13th. And now they are trying to push it out to the end of May. Worst experience ever!

We recently purchased a home and hired Complete Flooring to install Daltile porcelain tile (the kind that looks like wood) in the majority of our house. We also had them carpet the bedrooms. They did an excellent job! I am very pleased with all the flooring but especially the porcelain tile. I had a positive experience from the first time I stepped in their showroom until the project was completed. Their workmen were professional and showed up on time everyday. They worked very hard with very few breaks in the day and the project was completed on time. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

Complete Flooring did a complete flooring, fireplace, kitchen counter, and backsplash overhaul in 2015 throughout our entire home. We are just as pleased with with project today as we were when it was completed. Would not recommend anyone else. The sales office as well as the installation crew is as personable as they are professional. Service and Installation is of excellent quality. Great job!!!

With such a huge project - placing tile in our entire home - we knew we had one chance to get it right. Complete Flooring more than exceeded our expectations. We had a very positive experience from start to finish. Complete Flooring has great, helpful customer service in the store. The owner met us at our home and walked us through our bid process. The installers, who really made our dream become a reality, were meticulous in their detail. Our floors and accent wall are absolutely beautiful. We recommend this company without any reservations.

At the start the sales force was exceptionally helpful in selecting the tile and scheduling the work. All the facts and figures were perfectly clear and the job happened as planed. They did a fantastic job of removing the old carpet, smoothing the floor and then laying the tile just as we wanted. They removed and replaced the existing furniture then did a super job of cleaning up. There was not one single problem and everything happened as they said it would. We would highly recommend this company for any similar work.

Complete Flooring was recommended to us by another business. The showroom people were great in showing us the various types of hardwood flooring and assisted us in the type of flooring we wanted; there was no high pressure to buy a particular product, but an effort to give us what we wanted. On the site the measuring was done and an estimate given which was about what we had figured. The workmen were very professional and did an excellent job. The hardwood floors look great and match our furniture and the decor we want in the house. I would recommend Complete Flooring; their work is excellent and the product is excellent. This was a very good experience. The work was done as promised and on the time table given.

I absolutely love my new flooring!! I chose Karndean vinyl to cover up some old white tile that I could never keep clean with two dogs. The crew at Complete Flooring did a fantastic job of preparing the tile, moving and replacing the furniture, laying new carpet in the bedrooms and leaving everything clean and spotless when they were finished. They weren't the cheapest company but I really felt I could trust them to do a great job and they certainly proved me right. Thank you to my sales person, Jocelyn, who was very well educated on flooring and helped me make my choices. Plus, I greatly appreciated the owners, Chris and Lexie, who kept me informed of what was taking place while I left town for a week while the work was done. Thank you all.
