The family's once-loved home had become a source of frustration. Their kitchen, a space meant for gathering and creating, felt cramped and outdated. Limited storage and poor organization made meal prep a tedious task, and entertaining guests a logistical nightmare. The laundry room, often overlooked, was equally problematic. Its cramped layout and lack of storage made laundry day a chore, and the noise of the washing machine echoed through the living room.
To compound the issue, the absence of dedicated office spaces made working from home a constant struggle. One makeshift office was squeezed into the dining room, while another was relegated to the basement.
The family was hesitant to embark on a major renovation, fearing the challenges and uncertainties that come with such a project. Finding a reliable contractor, ensuring timely completion, and worrying about potential shoddy workmanship were all valid concerns.
We understood their anxieties and were committed to providing a smooth and stress-free experience. Our team crafted a design that addressed each of their concerns, transforming their home into a functional and stylish space.
We reimagined the laundry room, creating a custom storage solution and incorporating a stackable washer and dryer. The open hallway to the living room was enclosed, creating a spacious closet with ample storage. The laundry room now seamlessly connected to the kitchen, simplifying the grocery unloading process.
A former juliette balcony was converted into a dedicated office space, providing a peaceful and productive work-from-home environment.
The dated and cluttered ensuite bathroom received a luxurious makeover. A clever pull-out storage system in the shower wall and a spacious niche provided much-needed organization.
While every renovation project has its challenges, this one was remarkably smooth. The only significant hurdle was some additional structural work required in the basement to support the new office space. Our experienced team handled this efficiently, minimizing any disruption.
The final result is a home that truly reflects the family's personality and lifestyle. The laundry room, now a cheerful and organized space with soft green cabinets, patterned floor tiles, and gold accents, showcases our attention to detail.
The kitchen is a stunning centerpiece, featuring a striking combination of blue and white cabinets, dark hardwood floors, and a sleek white backsplash. The adjacent beverage bar, with its glass-fronted upper cabinets, provides an elegant space for entertaining.
The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, with large-format marble tiles, a black vanity, and chrome fixtures creating an atmosphere of understated luxury.
The renovation has had a profound impact on the family's daily life. Ample storage throughout the house has banished clutter, making it easier to maintain a tidy home. The seamless flow from the laundry room to the kitchen has streamlined the grocery unloading process, and the dedicated office spaces have transformed the work-from-home experience.
Beyond the physical transformation, it was the shared moments and laughter that made this project truly special. The family's enthusiasm and good humor were contagious. One of the clients, with his big personality, even starred in a walk-through video of the finished project, showcasing his infectious joy.
From choosing tiles to navigating unexpected challenges, the entire process was filled with warmth and collaboration. Even their four-year-old son, initially shy, warmed up to our site leader, Gus, nicknaming him "Gus the Bus," a moniker that endeared him to the entire team.

Our clients for this project asked our Miami studio to give their house a complete facelift and renovation while they were in transit from North Carolina.
The beautiful family with young children wanted to change the kitchen, master bedroom, kids suites, and living room. We loved that our clients were not afraid of colors and patterns and were always open to pushing the envelope when we incorporated certain palettes and fabrics throughout the house.
We also accommodated some of the existing furniture from our clients' old home in NC. Our team coordinated all the logistics for them to move into their new home, including picking up their vehicles, managing the moving company, and having their home ready for when they walked in.

This beautiful property in Leawood, Kansas was a referral from a neighbor whose backyard we had designed the previous year. This family wanted to create an outdoor living space to match existing outdoor features. They also enjoyed swimming for exercise and wanted a linear shaped pool for that lap swimming.
This backyard was a tight space with limited access to the property and no storage space for materials. Also, there were drainage issues that needed to be resolved. The owners were thrilled that we could work through the winter so their new backyard would be ready for use in the spring. Despite weather and logistical challenges, the job was completed on time and the owners were relaxing in luxury as the season changed and days became warm.
Now, this swimmer’s dream backyard blends seamlessly with the home’s exterior. Beautiful walls and elevation changes guide drainage water away from the house and outdoor living spaces. The soothing sounds of the waterfalls are enjoyed throughout the property. The poolside cedar pergola, equipped with fans and audio system make this space a true haven.

This new construction was located in an unbelievably gorgeous but remote area on a small island that did not allow cars. Access to the site was by boat or a sled driven across an iced-over lake in the winter months. It was necessary to cross international borders to reach the setting, so this was an exciting but difficult project logistically. To our delight, the clients asked that we control every interior aspect -- the complete architectural interior package, as well as the furnishings. They wanted a home that would define a new architectural style for the region, which was dominated by rugged, lodge-like, Adirondack-style homes.

Located in North Central Phoenix, Arizona, Heritage Lane was more than a renovation. It was the complete transformation of a forever home, managed entirely on behalf of clients living out of state. After meeting together onsite once, our team coordinated every stage of the project, from design decisions and construction oversight to moving logistics, furnishings, installation, and the thoughtful consolidation of two households into one cohesive home.
Rather than erase the character that first drew our clients to the house, we built upon it. Original flooring, ceiling beams, and the fireplace remained, while architectural moulding, custom built-ins, updated lighting, contemporary furnishings, and meaningful personal artwork created a home that feels fresh, elevated, and unmistakably theirs. The result wasn't simply a beautifully designed home. It was a seamless transition into the next chapter of their lives.

These homeowners loved to host, but their original layout was completely failing them functionally. Through our guided process, we transformed the space into a transitional masterpiece, layering crisp stacked cabinets with a character-stained oak island and a hidden forest green pantry. We backed the entire build with our Ownership Promise, absorbing the technical and logistical risks so they could navigate the renovation with absolute peace of mind. The outcome is a master-grade entertainment hub that delivers daily inspiration and a profound sense of pride the moment guests walk through the door.

As part of a full condo renovation at the Capilano Building in Woodcroft, North Vancouver, this kitchen was redesigned to create a brighter and more open living space. Two walls were removed and the kitchen opening was widened to improve the flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
The new design features custom soft-tone cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a quartz peninsula with a waterfall edge that acts as both a functional workspace and a visual focal point. The full-height quartz backsplash continues the clean contemporary aesthetic while reflecting light throughout the space.
New flooring was installed across the entire condo, helping unify the open layout. This permitted renovation required careful coordination with strata management and building logistics, ensuring the project was completed smoothly within Woodcroft building guidelines.

The customers desired a secluded environment for retreat at the end of a long workday. The project began with stone selection. We desired an organic stone that would age beautifully over time, and shape the walls and features of the space.
Our team faced major logistics challenges throughout the project. The wooded property sloped away from the house dramatically making difficulty bringing in large materials and machinery needed to complete the job. Tree protection and a temporary road were constructed for the duration of the project.
Stone placement was key to success for this project. We hand-selected each boulder for the project and assembled the stones by similar grain patterns and colors to create authenticity. The idea was to give the illusion that these natural limestone formations existed on the property before the home and landscaping was created adding a great mystery to the overall feature.
The viewer is surrounded by large stone walls with cascades of water that have shaped the stone over time. The viewer is given the illusion that the source of water comes from the distance of the property and cascades into a secluded area. We designed an underground cistern to hold rain water run-off allowing the water feature to naturally filter the water for re-use.
The pump system is run on a Variable Frequency Drive for programmable automation, allowing the customer to run the waterfall at different flow rates at different times of day allowing for operation cost savings, and low energy consumption.
