PLUMBING: Ferguson, Delta and DXV For the shower set and toilet, I worked with Helen from Ferguson. We finalized the Delta Trinsic Collection in matte black for the shower and the DXV Equility toilet with a custom matte black flush handle. The finish and style compliment the Watermark pieces at a lower price point. When looking for toilets, the Equility is a great option in that it’s skirted (it doesn’t have the flat piece at the bottom that is a dust trap) and has a modern look and high efficiency flush. We outfitted two MRI centers in the Houston area with pretty and practical Persian rugs. Though it may seen counter intuitive, high-end, hand-knotted wool rugs are great for commercial spaces and areas of heavy traffic. They wear very well, clean well and often times come in at a lower price than commercial-grade items. Worth thinking about! (Photos provided by client.)

MH Advantage ( Manufactured Home Advantage ) program is a new program created by Fanny Mae that allows for financing of homes similar to site built homes and including down payment as low as 3%,. MH Advantage Homes should have a lower price and customizable finishes of modern manufactured homes. MH Advantage homes are built to blend into traditional neighborhoods. MH Advantage homes are homes built to Federal Building Code that need to include features like low profile foundation, higher pitch roofs ( 4/12 ) garage or carport, dormers, porch, and drywall throughout the home. When a home is built to the MH Advantage standards, a sticker will be applied to the home that identifies the home as a MH Advantage home and allows Appraisers to choose the most appropriate comparable sales, which – unlike standard Manufactured Homes — may include sales of site-built homes.
