I love a historical bathroom. The pedestal sink and tub were original and had not been reglazed before, this made them excellent candidates for reglazing, and they turned out beautiful. We made the medicine cabinet/mirror to replicate the trim around the windows. The sloped wall in the tub area is a great natural accent and provides challenges to replace the old shower bar system. Luckily we have a great supplier that could rebuild not only the shower rod system but the drain for the tub.

We Feng Shui'ed and designed this 8 unit Furnished Corporate Rental in San Jose, CA. This room was in the Relationship area, which benefits from red, white and pink. Luckily, the owner was not afraid of color, so we went to town! Feature wall: Benjamin Moore Caliente. Other walls: Benjamin Moore Roxbury Caramel.

Family room - after styling. The sofa went into storage! Luckily, the owners had ordered a second, much smaller sofa and a lovely bright red chair for their new home. We had them delivered early, then added a hired rug and coffee table to pull everything together and accessorised using the owners own things and just a few of ours... bet you can't tell which! This executive wanted both a working office and a meeting space within the home to use during retirement years. She was interested in a comfortable “non-office” space for meetings as well as a highly functional, true office arrangement to work within. Luckily, the space available lent itself well to both venues. High up, perched on the third floor, with a private entrance, we created the Tree House Office. It has sweeping views of the water in one direction and beautiful landscaping in the other.

Vinyl flooring repair from last week. Working on a replacement or repair like this can be tough and time consuming, because you never know what you’re going to fine under the floor. On this project, we found damaged subfloor, less than perfect prep with some oversized, improvised shims. Luckily we were able to source the same floor for our customer, correct the prep issues, and replace the damaged floor.
