What a “Great Room!” This phrase, taken in both its literal & literary meanings is one of the best ways to describe this amazing project. “Great room” def: a large room in a house that combines features of a living room with those of a dining room or family room. Check! We designed this project to extend the livable space of the house. With its wide A Frame porch, it allows for ample space to gather around the fireplace, relax in the mid-day heat or simply sit & marvel at the craftsmanship. We held nothing back on the detail, using reclaimed barn wood to create gorgeous beams, crown molding that wraps around the room, and custom curved detailing in the open gable. Reaching out to the side, we enter an intimate dining space featuring a built-in kitchen, a vinyl pergola & continued the stonework over, tying everything together! Lighting throughout the job was picked out by the homeowner & installed by our tech’s Plus, we built it with low maintenance products; Timbertech decking & Keylink aluminum railing – meaning, there is no sanding or staining!

Completely remodeled this bathroom to create a modern look with tile from floor to ceiling. Rough end includes a Schulter System heated floor and a Neo angle Schulter shower. Pluming consists of a touch screen thermostatic control for operating the shower. The control unit is hooked up through the attic with a router and computer to constantly check for updates and maintenance. Finish end includes Shiloh frame less cabinets with quartzite tops. Garage door style Robern medicine cabinets with electrical set up for accessories or a lat screen TV. The latest in electrical control panels for lighting by Legrand Adorne collection.

Check out this 3D Deck Design to the Finished Project. This was a unique deck with some new product. This original deck was already a good size but just a standard rectangle design. We wanted to create 2 spaces (Eating/Main and then a Fire Pit Area). The homeowners wanted a fire pit area on their deck, and really wanted to have a wood fire vs a gas. Because it is on a deck, I am not a fan of having a wood fire pit on a composite deck without protection due to the open flame. We then decided to do a Concrete Stamped Tile made from DekTek Tile. This product would allow us to have a fire proof area for the Wood Fire Pit. We wanted a special place for the fire pit, so we installed the DekTek Tile, then added a picture frame board in Timbertech Legacy Series in Mocha Color to highlight the area. The design of the deck went with the flow of the backyard because of the drop down cliff in the rear. We then jetted out the fire area so it would be away from the house, but also acted as it was more floating in the trees. The main decking was Timbertech PVC Capped Composite Decking (Main Color – Pecan) and then accented with Timbertech’s Legacy Series (Mocha Color). The railing was upgraded to Westbury’s Rivera Series (Double Top Rail) in the Bronze Color then a locking Westbury Gate was added. The Deck Lights were the final touch with the post caps lights and the Timbertech Riser Lights. This complete deck turned out amazing and one of a kind. Now the homeowners can enjoy their new deck and fire without maintenance!

Check out this AMAZING city yard transformation! This City Yard of Water is an absolutely incredible example of what can be done in such a small space. The small backyard in Lancaster City was completely transformed from grass and weeds to this MASTERPIECE you see before you! Project included installation of an Aquascape Ecosystem pond complete with pond plants, fish, Stepping stones through the pond, waterfalls, fish cave for heron protection, algae control system and bacteria dosing system all designed to make pond maintenance user-friendly. Pond is approximately 21’x26′ with a 15′ stream/waterfall which starts in the far back corner of the yard which was an otherwise unusable space. Check out the amazing skyline views from this roof deck in Brooklyn heights. We chose hardy, low maintenance plantings that would complement the view, rather than compete with it. Our design included a mix of high contrast black and white planters in a mix of straight lines and sphere shapes.
