Our client had major damage to their 1st floor shower due to a broken pipe. We did a complete demo of the shower, installed ceramic tile from floor to ceiling, added a bench and niche, rain head shower and glass shower doors.

The guest bath seen here is compact in its footprint - again drawing from the local boat building traditions. Tongue and groove fir walls conceal hidden compartments and feel tailored yet simple.
The hanging wall cabinet allow for a more open feeling as well.
The shower is given a large amount of the floor area of the room. The shower is a curb-less configuration and utilizes polished finishes on the walls and a sandblasted finish on the floor.

High cascade granite was used for this pondless waterfeature. The top rock was drilled and plumbed for fountain accent, while majority of volume was fed into stream via a 2" pipe. The large spill stone in foreground was approx 8' wide.

This style is all about raw textural beauty at its diverse best! Exposed beams unveil raised ceiling heights without effecting the structural integrity of the space. The floating gas pipe shelves are a great way of bringing industrial beauty to the kitchen while expanding the available shelf space! Apron front sink adds a layer of depth, functionality and design. White subway tile allows for clean lines and butcher block countertops draws all the raw elements together. Single pendant light adds for the industrial feel and all stainless steel appliances are the finishing touch to this kitchen design.

Inspiration for a mid-sized transitional white floor powder room remodel in Charlotte with beaded inset cabinets, black cabinets, white countertops, multicolored walls and marble countertops

Bonnie and Bernie downsized to a grand old condominium a few blocks from their former house. The condo has high ceilings and beautiful moldings, and also a multitude of angles, chases, and vents. Goals included a workable kosher kitchen, an informal eating area, and room for: an extra freezer, extra fridge, a wine fridge, a washer/dryer, utility closet, and a pantry.
An additional goal was to keep the multitude of chases and vents from interfering with the flow of the space. I have numbered the chases, vents, and pipe, which were a major design challenge. #4 and #6 (a pipe) turned out to not be visual or design issues, but we needed to work around all the others.

This East Village kitchen design focuses on a sleek, integrated look using high-pressure laminate cabinetry in a soft grey tone and matching custom panels for all major appliances. The space is defined by Bria Elephantino quartz countertops and a full-height backsplash that complements the white-honed porcelain floor tiles. Professional-grade Bosch appliances and matte black Brizo fixtures are used throughout, while clever architectural details—like hidden lighting grooves and a custom cabinet to mask utility pipes—ensure the kitchen is both highly functional and visually uncluttered.
