Custom-panel appliances add to the kitchen’s bespoke appeal. In an adjacent walk-in pantry, a Monogram all-freezer lets parents stock up on plenty of family favorites for months at a time. An antique maple sewing table provides a generous surface for rolling and cutting dough, or working on projects or prepping for a social occasion. The joys of cooking, entertaining and sharing all come together in one refreshingly beautiful setting.

Mid century modern bathroom design. Mixing warm wood tones with a lot of white subway tile. We contrasted the subway tile by using black grout. This vanity is "floating" it has no legs and is actually mounted to the wall. Cambria in Brittanica Gold was the perfect choice for this vanity top. We love the movement it provides as well as the warm color. The tub was selected by the home owner, we referred to it as the "egg tub" as it reminded us of a hard boiled egg cut in half. Delta plumbing fixtures were used throughout. We added a lot of plants for a lively feel and to contrast against all of the white.

You can see the dark green dill in the foreground of this edible garden patch surrounding a rustic moss-rock water feature. What you may not notice is the soapwort growing along the edge of the pathway because it is not in bloom. Back before phosphates, people used this nifty little plant for washing. It contains saponins, which cause boiled solutions made with soapwort to lather up. It's like nature's little bar of soap.

When you build a house for speculative sale, not every buyer likes the choices you make. We typically include a vented gas fireplace in our homes, and we build them in with cabinets to allow storage of electronics, etc. We recently sold a house where the client wanted a more traditional look.
