This condo required a complete overall, due mold issues. So we reinvented the space to bring this condo to its glory. This Kitchen space went from cramped to spacious. The master bath got a new lease on life. In addition the laundry was a disaster, by rearranging appliances and turning an electrical panel to the hall to met code we were able to add a sink and countertop landing space. By removing the tub we were able to increase the vanity area and the shower to make this master a wonderful space.

It is a tiny cottage home for outdoor purposes that is perfect to get a single-family home. It can be utilized as a vacation home.
However, the monolithic slab construction looks stunning 2-story house plan with large covered front porch designs for expansive shaded entrance to impress guests along with two-car garages with workshop room A deck connected to the formal dining room idea with a fireplace design together with the formal dining room idea, so no lack of pure light and air and the people living here will interact with nature and spend their leisure time. The master bedroom has a master bath designed with a double vanity sink and separate tub and shower. Other features are a kitchen island in the modern style which has a butler's pantry idea with an eating bar, a utility area, a guest suite and a child room with a common bath and a storeroom. Upstairs only a media room idea to refresh themselves and add the value to this home.
House with 3 Bedrooms was built for A relaxed and beneficial stay that's superb.

Old homes are amazing, but sometimes they have opportunities for improvement. This second floor bathroom was narrow, dark and dated, so we rearranged the space, installed all new finishes and made sure the plumbing and electrical was met current code. The result is a beautiful 3/4 bath that integrates well with the home's age.

This beautiful 1950's craftsman needed a redo, inside and out. After gutting it down to it's studs, the main floor and basement were redesigned for much more useable space. Three tiny bedrooms upstairs became a large master with a double sink on suite and a guest bedroom with a beautiful new bathroom. The stairway that was in the kitchen was relocated so the kitchen became larger and much more usable. The basement went from a red and orange monstrosity to a soothing family room, bedroom and new bathroom as well as an updated laundry room and storage closet. New windows and doors, as well as an egress window was added to make it code compliant. A new roof and fireplace finished off the remodel of this cozy, colorful craftsman cottage. Welcome home to this luxe, modern, and inviting townhome in the heart of downtown Jersey City! We are ecstatic to see this project completed.
This 4-story multifamily underwent a major renovation and was transformed into a spacious and functional family home for our clients. Careful consideration of our client’s lifestyle and plans for the future dictated every design decision. They needed a space that would function well now that they are a young professional couple and a space that would nicely accommodate a growing family in the future. Greater emphasis was placed on common family spaces and bedrooms were designed exclusively for sleep with minimal room for work or study and without TV connections to discourage those activities from taking place in these spaces. Instead, common places such as the family room and the kitchen are inviting and foster those activities.
Due to sagging floors in need of extensive repair, it made more financial sense to replace them entirely. We took this historic house and by re-pitching the roof in an inverted form we were able to gain an overall 36” which we used for raising the floors. This, in turn, allowed us to bring the ground level up to code and be suitable for living space and gave us additional ceiling room on the upper floors. The ground floor was designed to be used as a rental unit and can be reincorporated into the home later when more space is needed.
Both front and back facades were replaced with timeless brick and vertical wood siding and all windows and front doors were replaced. The ground floor features a one-bedroom suite, living room, and open kitchen-dining area. On the first floor, we achieved a more effective entry sequence to the living room, an open-concept design leading to the kitchen. The interior is bright and airy, and the kitchen opens up to the deck in the back and the patio, making entertaining indoors and outdoors seamless. The design works in a way to accommodate the addition of a stair leading to the ground level when the rental unit is incorporated back into the house.
Up on the second floor, a suite with a bathroom was designed with grandparents or guests in mind. Also, two additional bedrooms are now being used as an exercise room and a zoom-worthy office but can later be used as kids’ rooms.
Last but not least, the third floor features the master suite with his and hers walk-in closets, a master bath, and a library.

The owners needed more bedroom space for family and friends but couldn’t figure out how to create additional bedrooms. With space for only the master bedroom on the main floor, the other bedrooms would have to be in the basement. The basement was limited and the small windows were not to code for emergency exit from a bedroom. Including the additional space under the new sunroom addition, Jim was able to optimize the usefulness of the lower level, designing a layout with not only three bedrooms and and large family room space, but also an office and an abundance of storage. They now have even more storage room at the cottage than in their larger home! The basement windows were enlarged significantly to exceed code requirements and new windows were added in the family room area and to bring in significantly more light. The overall total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for the entire family.

Casa Utopia Builders completed a modern kitchen and master bathroom remodel in Union City, CA, transforming outdated spaces into clean, functional, and stylish rooms for everyday luxury. The project included a kitchen relocation, complete bathroom reconfiguration, and a focus on premium finishes, modern lighting, and smart space planning.
In the kitchen, we installed custom white cabinetry, black stainless appliances, a waterfall-edge quartz island, and a dramatic vertical backsplash to create a crisp, high-contrast design. Integrated under-cabinet lighting and upgraded electrical brought function and warmth to the cooking zone.
The master bathroom became a spa-inspired retreat, featuring a free-standing soaking tub, a frameless glass shower, custom tilework, a floating chevron vanity with gold hardware, and a modern LED mirror. All plumbing and electrical were brought to code, and finishes were curated to match the home’s minimalist-modern aesthetic.
This remodel brought new life to the home while optimizing layout, lighting, and livability.

We took a 2 bedroom one bathroom 1950s home and turned it into a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom modern rustic home in Fairhope Alabama. We added on a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and mudroom, reworked the entire outside, turned a master bedroom into a Master Suite by adding a bathroom and walk in closets. We remodeled the existing kitchen and bathroom bringing the entire house up to code and trimmed out in cedar, burned floors, tin, and farmhouse designs.
