As part of the Arbogast Ranch farmhouse remodel our company "un-modeled" a previous remodel done by a misguided contractor. Luckily we found enough components in the attic to refurbish and weather seal the original 1930's double hung window. The beveled mirror, wainscot, and vanity were all shop built locally. The (porcelain) Carrara floor sports an electric heating matt. We re-finished the original clawfoot tub and feet (not fun but I'd do it again for appreciative clients).

The Ranier quartz countertops and Mayfair Volakas Giorgio Porcelain tile provide the subtle contrast of grey veining throughout the room. A 66” Draque tub with floor mounted waterfall faucet is beautifully surrounded with the same Volakes Giorgio tile. It is the perfect spot for our client to relax and take a load off while being showered by the light of the unique Alexandria Abstract Chandelier hanging above the tub. When designing the shower enclosure, Sherry blended different types of tile and tile sizes to create interest and movement. Cornice Perla Marble pieces create a beautiful transition between the glossy subway and the marble patterned tile. A bench for sitting is topped off with the same Ranier quartz used for the countertops and was added for the comfort of our client while using the Kohler handshower with extended hose. Bianco Perla basketweave marble are located in the niche and floor which add a different design component for interest. Our client opted to have her half bath remodeled as well. Many of the same components that we used in the master bathroom were used to make this other wise small space appear larger. The idea behind this soft contemporary bathroom was to create a tranquil space for its owners to retreat to after a long day. The clean lines and sleek hardware keep the space looking contemporary while the neutral tones and horizontal tiles add a calming, spa-like affect. Functional storage was a key component of the bathroom. We added pull-outs below the sink, jewelry/make-up dividers in the vanity drawer and a pullout grooming organizer. Bedroom - large contemporary master carpeted and beige floor bedroom idea in Phoenix with green walls and no fireplace

These homeowners approached Renovisions to remodel their master bath. With their kids off at college it was time to do something for themselves. They wanted an elegant upscale look with a spacious shower with glass enclosure, a high-end whirlpool bathtub and custom built in for towels. Their existing tub presented a safety issue when they opened & closed the windows which were located directly behind the tub. The new design includes a free standing tub/whirlpool with custom rounded and removable wood panels to access electrical and plumbing components. This allows a safe pass way around the tub as well as a more open feel. The adjacent shower boasts a generous space with an open style created by the use of 3/8” shower glass enclosure on 2 sides. Custom cubbies and corner seat were built into the Crema marfil marble tiles. 12″x24″ porcelain tiles were installed in a herringbone pattern providing a beautiful and unique appearance setting a neutral stage to showcase the burgundy cherry custom vanities with beaded detail and matching tower with Victorian glass. Crema Marfil marble countertops on the vanities and slab on tub featured ogee edges lending a real elegant feel to the room. The Piece de Resistance was the exquisite antique brass widespread faucets, hand held shower, shower head, matching antique brass accessories and cabinet hardware all decorated with Swarovski cut crystals.
