This colonial home in Penn Valley, PA, needed a complete interior renovation. Working closely with the owners, we renovated all three floors plus the basement. Now the house is bright and light, featuring open layouts, loads of natural light, and a clean design maximizing family living areas. Highlights include: - creating a guest suite in the third floor/attic - installing custom millwork and moulding in the curved staircase and foyer - creating a stunning, contemporary kitchen, with marble counter tops, white subway tile back splash, and an eating nook. Hickory hardwood is commonly known to be hard as stone, heavy as lead and strong as an ox. It is these unique characteristics that make Hickory such a durable and tough wood for any flooring application!

Modern two-story concrete flat roof idea in Phoenix with a metal roof

Originally our client’s driveway was long and winding, passing by the front of the house and ending at the garages. This made it more difficult for guest parking, events, and deliveries. We designed a circular driveway centered off the front of the house. We installed cobbles lining the circumference of the circular driveway and installed a central millstone surrounded by cubed cobbles.
